Telephoned Mark when our loo started flushing itself one morning. He was there twenty minutes later, diagnosed the problem and sourced the parts needed. Also sourced and fitted a new loo seat. Everything done quickly and efficiently, and all at a very reasonable price. He's now in our phone book ready for our next emergency !!
