I initially dealt with their back office team who were extremely professional and handled the request very efficiently. They we able to give me a price over the phone, which I was satisfied with, and so I quickly decided to progress with the work. I agreed a mutually convenient time for their engineer, Gary, to visit and he then called me a few hours beforehand to confirm when he would arrive which was great because I wasn’t left waiting in all day for him to arrive. The job was completed in a thorough and efficient manner and the boiler is now working perfectly! Based on my experience I would highly recommend Madison Brook.
