Hi, and thank you for looking at my site. I was apprentice trained locally straight out of school and now with 35yrs in the trade. I'm a sole trader living in Broadstone married with two sons. I am City & Guilds trained to an advanced level & a member of Gas Safe, The Institute of Plumbers & Checkatrade as well as Which? Trusted Trader. I am also covered by full public liability insurance. I have been self employed now for over 25yrs. I carry out work to all aspects of domestic plumbing & heating and pride myself on my work. If I am available I will happily come to you anytime you need me. I have always had the opinion that all work should be of the same standard as you would do in your own home & treated with the same respect.

We have used Mark several times since our retirement to Dorset over 5 years ago initially on the recommendation of a friend. He has installed and services our central heating boiler. Replaced a shower unit and fitted a new kitchen sink. Have found him reliable, friendly and professional. Would have no hesitation in giving his name to anyone requiring a competent plumber/heating engineer.

We have used Mark as our plumber for many years - on our own property and our rental - and he's carried out a variety of jobs including new boiler fitting, new radiator and new power shower installation as well as routine servicing and landlord gas safety checks. He is reliable, trustworthy, efficient, helpful and friendly (and loves dogs!) and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him.

Removed galvanised hot and cold pipes from a Rayburn cooker, installed new copper pipes in upstairs toilet area, removed old cistern, toilet, and hand basin. We choose the new cistern, toilet, seat, hand basin, and taps. Asked for Marks opinion on the quality, then he ordered all parts required and collected. Mark takes pride in his work, efficient, and offers good advice where needed. When required performs additional tasks i.e Plastering behind the hand basin prior fitting, and repairing a floor board which had been previously cut in the wrong place. Very pleased with the work done. Mark as completed work before for us with the same positive results, and would definitely contact Mark again.

Yesterday afternoon (Saturday) I left a message for Mark to see if he could come round during the week as a cylinder that collects the gunk between boiler and radiators had sprung a leak. I got a phone call this morning (Sunday) bright and early to say he could pop round immediately, which he did. All was sorted and solved within a half hour. I always use Mark, he has in the past fitted my new boiler and my mother's in her flat and for her new radiators too. He has removed radiators for me for redecoration purposes and connected a new range in the kitchen as well as connecting and fitting up new pipework for the same room. Mark also does the annual service of the boiler.

Mark was excellent from start to finish. Helped us to plan our new bathroom, to accommodate everything we wanted. Coordinating all aspects of the work to including carpentry, electrician, tiller & painter. When it game to the last job of laying the floor Mark was at hand to assist the fitter in by removing the vanity unit and re-installing it after without any qualms. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark, as he is highly professional and very organised.
