GHI responded to an emergency as an elderly neighbour had fallen in her locked property. The response was immediate and the problem quickly resolved. What made the service outstanding was not just the speed of response and the rapid resolution but also Mr. Stoddart's policy of calling as he travelled to report progress and update his ETA which enabled us to re-assure our distressed neighbour and her family who had arrived in response to her emergency alarm.

I called Mark to look at a jammed door lock. He advised on a coupe of possible causes and approximate costings for each over the phone and then arrived at the property 20 mins later to inspect. It turned out that the simpler of the two options was required and the barrel needed to be replaced. He completed the replacement competently, quickly and efficiently and the costs were in line with our discussions on the phone. He is honest and friendly with his advice and provides a great service. Highly recommended.

I selected this Company because its local to me and I'm so glad I did. After calling Mark and explaining the problem with my door not locking properly, he gave me an estimate based on the info' I gave him over the phone. He was able to schedule me in straight away, and had it all sorted out within 30 mins. I would highly recommend Mark. He provides a great local service.
