My 92 year mother's warm air heating system stopped working during the current cold snap. I phoned Marross as they mentioned warm air heating systems on the trusted trader website. I phoned them in the morning and they sent an engineer to her house within a few hours. The system was fixed and her heating was back on. It is rare these days to experience this high level of care and service and I would recommend Marross without reservation. All the staff we dealt with were a credit to the company. Can't praise or thank them enough.

Woke up this morning, got out of bed (sounds like a Beatles song)! - minus 2oC outside, cold house, no hot water. Went downstairs to find boiler had a fault, I was unable to reset. No heating / hot water. Rang Gas 24/7 contract, they were unable to attend until 23rd February, 2021 - you cannot be serious. Rang Marross who have serviced the boiler for some time now. What a result, booked for engineer today and they duly arrived within 2 hours. Boiler fault fixed. Very polite attitude, adherence to COVID issues, brilliant response and very grateful given the temperature today. Thankyou and will look at you replacing boiler later in the year for a more economic / modern one. Thanks again :-)

Marross service my boilers annually and always do a great job. This year one of my boilers stopped working and they came out the same day, fixed that boiler and serviced them all that afternoon. Martin who performed the service called me one hour before he arrived allowing me to get home. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the rectification of the fault and the condition of each boiler. I would highly recommend this company for service, value and expertise.

Marross provided a prompt service they were tenacious in their approach I had radiators fitted in all rooms plus a new Combi boiler, there were a few snaggy bits but nothing major. It was an efficient job well executed to completion.

The heating system failed (it's 30+ years old!). It's taken a few visits to sort things out, and they've been very responsive, and the engineers have all been very friendly and highly professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Marross for future work. In fact, they're coming back in the New Year to service all of the pipework (flush the system and install a new fan on the boiler).

Marross Limited installed a whole new heating system for me. I was very happy with the work and even though there a couple of things that needed tweaking they came back very quickly to fix the problem and didn't charge me anything extra which I was really impressed with. Several people came to do work but I no complaints about any of them, they were all really good. I would be very happy to reccommend them.

Mark installed a new boiler and radiator for me in March. I was very happy with the work, it was very good. I was on holiday at the time and came back to find everything done and to a great standard. They even came back round after they had finished the work to check everything was ok which I was really impressed with. I've arranged for them to come back to do more work for me. They were very friendly and very quick to respond.
