Never trust them. I have been scammed They convinced me with £150 plus parts and at the end the job was more than £1000 I’ve spent £550 for a car that is still broken.

Mastertech Assist have taken car of any issues with my last 2 vehicles including services and MOT's. Having used other Mercedes garages in the past. To be honest, I would not take my Mercedes anywhere else. My vehicle is my lively hood and they understand my needs. They are true professionals and very accommodating. Very honest. Had a burmester speaker cover replaced. Work was completed in 45 mins. Mercedes manchester said it was 2 hours labour at £130 a hour!! Mastertech Assist carried out the work at a fraction of that price. £48! Excellent Service.

They treat my cab, as if it were their own - with care and consideration. The service is friendly, the price fair and reasonable, but above all else they are honest and trustworthy, and they will not rip anyone off. Independent Merc & Smart car servicing. Very friendly staff. Explain fully work needed. Trust not trying to over charge. Very experienced. Just repaired my Smart engine very well & lent other Smart whilst doing repairs. Would recommend highly.
