About

My name is Mark, I have been working in plumbing & heating since I left school in 2000. I completed a 4 year apprenticeship and worked for two different companies gaining valuable experience until April 2012 when I decided the time was right to go out on my own.

I have built up a great client base and I am now looking for it to grow. I specialise in boiler replacements and central heating systems. I am a Vaillant advanced installer so I can offer you a 7 year guarantee on your new boiler rather then the standard 2. I am also a registered polypipe installer for underfloor heating which is now very popular. I will take on most plumbing work so no job to small.

I do not use sub contractors so all the work is carried out by myself, therefore I know the work will be done to my high standards. We had a new boiler and radiators fitted end of August of this year. Extremely efficient, tidy, knowledgeable and hard working. They came recommended by a lady three doors down from us and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mark installed new radiators for me as well as solving a gas leak problem we had. The gas leak was really awkward to resolve, but he was very patient and managed it with no issues.

MC Plumbing & Heating fitted my house with a Vaillant domestic boiler. I was extremely satisfied with the work carried out and the subsequent after care I have received. On this occasion we had our existing gas boiler replaced, not essential but it was old and had suffered 3 minor breakdowns in as many years so we decided to pre-empt a major breakdown. Work was completed on time and as quoted - I was doing some decorating at the same time and wanted to re-site a radiator and Mark kindly altered the necessary pipework at the same time at no extra cost. All work carried out with a minimum of disruption and a high degree of tidiness! On previous occasions Mark has done smaller jobs but often quite awkward - he has never failed to achieve anything but a totally satisfactory result at a very fair price. Never had to contact him in a genuine emergency but he has always managed to fit us in with very little wait. For any plumbing work I have in future I would not look anywhere else.
