If you want someone to stand around talking and supping tea then do not use MCC Heating Services. If you want someone to keep their word r.e. a survey and keep their word as to when the job will be done the choose MCC Heating Services. We contacted quite a few stove installers to install a new wood burner. Most of the contacts read the message but did not reply. MCC Heating Services read the message. MCC replied quickly. MCC surveyed the job quickly and MCC installed the stove today without fuss, without mess and we are delighted with the service we received from Mark and Jack. Highly recommended.

Marks quote to fit an oil boiler was competitive. The final cost including extra pipework was still better. Work was completed as soon as the boiler could be sourced. Jack worked hard and it is neatly done. Everything was well tested and we are happy customers.

Mark carried out a very professional oil boiler replacement from the initial quote through to the supply and commissioning. Although we weren’t on site for the majority of the time Mark kept in regular contact with updates etc. answering any queries quickly. Highly recommended.

My boiler failed! It was leaking water out of the bottom, it was a Trianco installed in 1977 and was out of warranty. It was the first week in February and the temperature was below freezing. Unfortunately, this was not going to be a simple job, the house is some 250 years old and the boiler was in the cellar with a conventional flue going up a high chimney and it was not possible to fit a condensing boiler in this location. I called our local installer but he seemed less that enthusiastic about getting involved. So, to the internet and I turned up Mark's phone number and texted him and to my surprise I got an almost immediate response followed by a visit the following day. By this stage my wife was really freezing and was looking forward to a knight in shining armour to sort the problem and that is just what we got, OK he wasn't on a white charger but he did turn up in a white Nissan Navarra pick up! The quote arrived in no time so I signed up and the work started in under a week and was finished a week later. We went for an external boiler since that was about the only place we could locate one and I am very pleased with it. So I thoroughly recommend MCC Boiler Installations Ltd.

Very glad we came to MCC Heating for a new wall mounted oil combi boiler sealed system, and central heating in an old Cumbrian farmhouse with many technical challenges, and in the worst weather conditions of the winter. Superbly completed with great expertise. Property spotlessly clean and completed on time. A pleasure to do business with Mark and his apprentice, and great value for money. Despite getting a slightly cheaper quote I still decided to choose MCC Heating Services Ltd. based on my initial impressions. Fabulous job of fitting our new Worcester boiler and radiators. Good communication, quoted booked in and job complete in a couple of weeks ready for us to move in. I would definitley recommend. Hopefully Mark can squeeze us in some time next year to fit us a new bathroom 👍

The job was to replace an oil fed boiler that was 12 plus years old. Mark provided a detailed professional quote with clear contract and terms. Whilst not the cheapest it came with extended warranty and full certification CTEC , coupled with ongoing support and servicing. The installation was completed for an elderly vulnerable customer in less than two weeks from agreement of quote. The installation was completed with an effective approach and all minor issues overcome . All modifications were made good with area left clean and tidy. Communications were prompt and clear with all certificates and registration / guarantees supplied quickly.
