In July 2017 I signed a contract for a bathroom/wetroom design and installation by Mobility Plus. In September 2017 after a two month wait their installers, Matthew and Rich, the “Plumbers from Worcester” finally arrived. What followed was five days of misdirection, manipulation and shoddy workmanship, all under the control of the project manager Martin, who was sitting in his office over two hundred miles away. When they finished I made an immediate written complaint following the Mobility Plus recommended procedure. It took Martin six weeks to arrange an inspection and a further three months before carrying out such remedial work as was possible without starting again from scratch. Nearly five months in total. He used Kotis Electronics to do the electrical work, all of which had to be ripped out and done again, this time from scratch. The repair work was not done by the “Plumbers from Worcester” or Kotis Electronics. Turning to the shower, if the flow is set to maximum it is just about adequate. Water temperature, again if set to maximum, is barely acceptable. Would I use either of these companies again? Well would you?
