I cannot recommend Carl and the company enough. We have just had a a new gas central heating boiler fitted and we received great service all the way. Very happy with the result.

Two days ago I called my home emergency insurance because my central heating didn't work. Carl came round to inspect it late in the evening but unfortunately had to disconnect my 19 year old boiler and write it off. Carl went above and beyond, to very kindly rearrange their other work so they could fit a new boiler today! The company's communication was clear and very efficient throughout. Their price was fair and reasonable, including a 10 year Worcester warranty. Carl with the assistance of Chris, turned up promptly working hard from 8.55am to around 8pm today to install the boiler and alter a connection to the washing machine which was causing grime from the sink to enter the washing machine. Carl explained the functions of the smart boiler clearly. Carl and Chris are both really friendly, kind, competent and professional. I will certainly recommend them to everyone and am very happy with their work. I'll employ them again to change the radiator valves and service the boiler.

On our first night in our new flat we had a gas leak. I called Morris Plumbing the next day and they very quickly came out to have a look at the problem. Turns out we needed a whole new pipe fitted (not an easy task given the concrete walls and awkward shape flat) however, Carl did not back down from a challenge! We arranged a date for him and his colleague Chis to come out and fix it. Not only did Carl and Chris do a fantastic job, they finished ahead of schedule, fitting us around other jobs, completed it to an extremely high standard, left everywhere super tidy after and were always friendly and helpful. Honestly cannot thank them enough. Gemma and Ben Rose.

Carl was with a customer when I phoned but called me back within a few minutes. He was able to come to solve my problem two days later. He was running late so phoned to let me know and arrived shortly after. I needed a new tap so he discussed quality and price with me and selected one which fitted in very well with the existing sink. The tap was then replaced quickly and efficiently and I was extremely pleased.

Very good customer service. Phone was answered straight away and I was given useful advice over the phone. They were able to fit in my job within 3 days. Special thanks to Chris who had to tackle a leaking kitchen tap which was corroded in place and had to be hacksawed off. Despite almost an hour off sawing Chris remained cheerful and positive throughout. He took care with the pipework below the sink too and made sure everything worked without leaks. All was left clean and tidy at the end. I highly recommend.

Carl and Chris worked effectively and provided a really good service. The finishing on the job was superb. Also completed some little jobs without fuss.

Morris Plumbing and Heating recently replaced our old, floor-standing open-flue gas boiler with a new wall-hung Worcester Bosch 30RI Greenstar boiler. The installation also included a new Grundfoss pump, 3-way valve and a new radiator in the kitchen. The installation involved considerable work including re-routing a lot of pipework in the kitchen and blocking off the bottom of the chimney in the kitchen. From the initial quote to the installation and final tidying up and cleaning, all the work was carried out in a courteous, competent, professional manner. Carl and his colleague Chris are also very pleasant to deal with and ready to ask any questions in a timely, friendly way. We recommend Morris Plumbing and Heating without any hesitation. This company totally merits its status as a Which? Trusted Trader.

Installation of Worcester Greenstar 28CDI 2 new towel rails, Easy Control with 6 wireless TRV's. Came round to discuss the quote and came up with a cracking idea. We originally wanted to have dual towel rails i.e. electric and central heating but Karl suggested that if we had Easy Control thermostats we could set them to come on for a short while to warm the towels. It works! (and also saved us some money on installation cost. Karl also was very helpful in finding us an electrician and someone for asbestos testing. Did the work while we were away , no problems, kept us informed. Good value, neat and tidy pipework and really nice friendly guy. Would definitely recommend Karl and MPH

Carl & Chris from MPH replaced our central heating boiler with a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 24 RI boiler, Grundfoss pump, 3-way valve, Drayton programmer, room & tank thermostats & 7 thermostatic radiator valves. All the work was carried out promptly & at the reasonably quoted price exactly as promised in 2 days. They were very careful not to create any mess or damage & everything worked perfectly. Carl discovered that there was a problem with the gas supply to our house, so he contacted SGN who maintain the gas pipe network & after a number of visits & discussions with them, they eventually dug up the road & discovered a serious restriction in the gas supply pipe to our house, in the road. The Boiler Guarantee & Building Regulations Compliance Certificate have been provided & we are extremely pleased with the work & would recommend MPH.

Carl has been nothing but a delight to deal with from start to finish. His positive attitude, work commitment and efficiency are second to none. He was able to sort out our plumbing issues quickly and at a very reasonable cost. He also managed to source and fit a Quooker tap system...all of this during these very strange times. Carl is quick to respond to messages and arrives when he says he will. I honestly could not recommend him enough.

Carl and Chris professional supplied and fitted a brand-new Worcestershire Bosch combi boiler, replacing my 33-year-old system boiler. Extremely happy with the finished job and would whole heartily recommend Carl and Chris. It’s a big investment replacing a boiler and trusting someone to ensure they provide a quality job and value for money can be apprehensive. Really pleased I selected Morris Plumbing & Heating. Giles replaced my inset kitchen sink and the pipework/drainage related to it. The old sink was tightly wedged in and I was concerned that removal would damage the lengthy work top. Not so, though. The cleanliness of all aspects of his work, and his careful actions, have resulted in a fully functioning shiny new sink and mixer taps.

Carl installed a replacement shower for my parents. The quote and appointment process was very friendly and efficient. The quote was competitive and at the time of appointment availability was good (within a week). Whilst probably not the most complicated of installation's it was carried out to a high standard with the bathroom left clean afterwards. Carl also resealed the bath for me which was unscheduled work.

I asked Carl to assess my existing combi boiler which wasn't delivering consistent hot water. He talked me through the pros and cons of replacing parts, the expected life span of said boiler etc etc. I decided that in the long run a boiler replacement was the way to go. Carl then explained the options and his recommendation. Reasons I would recommend Carl and Giles a) a thorough working knowledge of available options to meet my requirements, and reasons for choosing one over another, b) work was done efficiently with minimal disruption, c) punctual, conscientious, polite and tidy, d) final bill was exactly as quote, e) my partner was impressed - which takes some doing! Would recommend them without hesitation or caveats.

Boiler packed up. Found Morris plumbing on google. Gave them a call and Karl answered instantly. He was round asap to assess. He returned late that night with the required part, which was fitted within the hour. Tidy work, great guy with an obvious depth of knowledge and experience. Would highly recommend and will use again if needed. Also could pay him on card which made things super simple.

From one plumber to another. We are a plumbing company and needed some advice. Morris plumbing hit the nail on the head. The guy on the phone was helpful and had the right attitude. From what i gathered you wouldn't go far wrong with these guys.

We just had a new combi boiler installed by Carl and his team. We had a water tank and heater to be removed so it was quite a big job. I was dreading it, but it couldn’t have been a smoother process from quote to completion. Fabulous service at a reasonable price. Carl is a nice guy, no pressure for sales, but very knowledgeable. He showed us all the ins and outs of the boiler as well. I can highly recommend this company.

I had problems with my boiler breaking down over Christmas. Carl did a fantastic job recommending and installing a new high flow boiler in its place. This was a very difficult job that a number of other engineers were unsure how to approach. Carl proved very knowledgeable and confident about the best solution and fitted the boiler very effectively without any fuss. I would definitely recommend Carl to anyone.

Fast response to initial enquiry, quotation received the next day after visit at a competitive price. Was able to do the work the next week (several others gave vague promises about starting in a few weeks...) Job was completed in the stated time, for the agreed price. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwords. New Worcester Boiler fitted with 10 year warranty, very neat installation - operation and controls all explained thoroughly and full documentation provided. Very happy with the work - I definitely recommend this company.

My boiler decided to pack up at midnight with only one day to go before I was off on holiday for two weeks. Despite texting at midnight, I received an instant reply and a promise to call at 8:30am. On the dot at 8:30am I received a call followed by a visit that day. Given the urgency of repairing my boiler, this guy contacted a friend to open up especially on a Sunday to get the part the boiler needed and went over and above to make sure my boiler was repaired same day. Absolute brilliant service, I could not recommend highly enough. Any future problems with my boiler I definitely know who to contact!
