Short story -Efficient -Friendly -flexible -understanding of circumstances Long story My husband and I were over the moon with the quality of work completed by Grant and his team, we had a problem with our electrical circuit ( a bodge job done by a different "electrician") where by all the circuits were tripping constantly, I called Mr. Electric up and Grant quickly isolated the problem and explained what had gone on, he then gave us a quote for the work needed to correct the problem, which was a very fair price given that it was a much bigger job then initially thought, within a week we had power restored to our out building and this time it was on its own circuit so if anything does trip it wouldn't affect any other electricals in our house, also I must add in that I am someone who likes to know what's going on, Grant answered ALL of my questions and explained in detail the problems, with not once being condescending or using jargon. Another point, we have indoor cats and Mr.Electric were very considerate of our needs for them I.E. closing doors, making sure they were in before opening/ closing the front door, which was very important to us. We are very pleased with the work carried out and will definitely use again.
