The nature of the work to strengthen the wall of our Victorian house by stitching the brickwork was explained in detail, as were the reasons for the price quoted. The job was finished within the timescale discussed, including removal of scaffolding in time for Christmas. The work was done to a high standard and has given rise to numerous complimentary remarks from neighbours. At all times the workmen were prompt in arrival, polite and friendly. The bill was in accordance with the quotation.

Mark carried out wide-ranging measures to correct a long-term issue of damp in our living room and also water ingress in the conservatory. These included replacing roof felt and roof tiles, attention to chimney stacks and pots, new membrane damp-proof course, treatment of walls and re-plastering, new brickwork, attention to rendering and flue, and fitting of trim to conservatory. Mark's commitment to investigating and resolving issues was outstanding. His team worked to a high standard in a tidy manner. I have no hesitation in recommending MS Brickwork.

We needed some rendering to the exterior of my house, and at each stage of the work they took a photograph to the condition underneath the old material that was removed, as it developed into a slightly larger job than first anticipated. He was given permission to carry out any extra work necessary and i was delighted he was able to show me in detail after removing the old concrete the poor state the bricks were in. So he reinforced with steel meshing the structure, replaced some bricks where necessary before carrying out the rendering to what i would say is a very high standard. The company returned afterwards to add two coats of exterior paint in white to match.
