About
We have been in business since 2009, are a small local company with various trades available - plumbers, heating engineers, carpenters, electricians, tilers, plasterers, bricklayers, roofers.
The company is owned and managed by me, an ex plumber and services engineer and Building Surveyor for the past 20 years. Our core business is general plumbing and heating, including new boiler installations, repairs, servicing, gas safety checks, landlords annual inspections and certification.
But our expertise extends beyond the core business, and we carry out general refurbishment and building work as well as bathroom and kitchen refurbishment work. We have a core group of experienced tradespeople for all our work and who meet our high expectations. We have customer satisfaction at the heart of our company ethos.
I project manage all the building or refurbishment work that we carry out from bathrooms to house extensions. We have an extensive previous client list, with high levels of satisfaction.

Rang them on a very cold morning when our boiler was playing up. Denise texted back quickly with name & time of an "engineer" who could come round that afternoon. Annie (said engineer) arrived on time, extremely pleasant and good at explaining things, and got our boiler sorted out very quickly. Would definitely use again.

Michael came initially to give us a quote and we were very impressed with his 'can do' attitude. We ended up getting him in to rip out an old combi and install a new system boiler and unvented hot water cylinder in our basement. He did an excellent job and his pipework was very tidy and neat. Denise was very helpful in arranging everything and offered lots of really good advice on other work we wanted to get done. Overall they are a quality company with a very high standard of work and a pleasure to deal with on top of it all. Highly recommended

Denise explains things in a very clear way. SHe let me know all options. Emails and calls were dealt with promptly as was the job. Very personable and I felt in safe hands. The job was carried out professionally by one of her engineers.

I have just had a new boiler fitted by Michael from My Plumbing & Heating and I am extremely pleased with the work carried out. I spoke to Denise on the 'phone to organise a plumber to do the job and was impressed with her expertise (she was once a plumber herself) and no-nonsense explanation of what needed to be done. She gave me a competitive quote and was pleasantly surprised that I did not have to pay anything extra once the work was carried out. Michael was very pleasant and explained everything clearly to me. I will not hesitate to use them again, especially after all the cowboy plumbers I seem to have had the misfortune to employ in the past!

I'm pleased with the work done by My Plumbing & Heating Ltd. They recently intsalled a new boiler after my old one broke down, and did so pretty efficiently. I spoke to Debbie who was friendly and easy going. Debbie quickly arranged for someone to provide a quote and then install the new boiler. At each point I was given a choice of what boiler to have, if I wanted any additional radiators or if there was anything else I needed. This I found useful. After a few days Michael came round and installed the boiler with minimum fuss. He got on with the job and explained how to use the new system - in a way I could understand. Again, I'm pleased with the work and will use them in the future.

During the recent cold spell I woke to find I had no Heating or Hot Water. I contacted this company at 7.30am and within 90 minutes two young men arrived as promised, tested the system, traced the fault, obtained the necessary components, and repaired the fault. They wouldn't even have a cup of tea (most unusual!). Left everything neat and tidy, were polite and explained exactly what they had found, without using 'jargon' and also what they were going to do to rectify the problem. I can't recommend them enough as I have used them before for various Heating and Plumbing works and despite not being 'on my doorstep' they always arrive when they say they will, do the work and replace anything they have had to move. Their office answers any query you may have and I find their costs very reasonable in comparison to others who charge a massive call-out fee etc.

They fitted a new boiler and renovated the heating system in my house Bethnal Green. Planning and organising the job beforehand was done by Denise; she was very efficient, and put up with several requests from me to change the date. The work was done on one of the coldest and snowiest days in December 2010; they did an outstanding job, worked exceptionally hard, stayed late to complete and were good company throughout what could have been a miserable day. Absolutely no problems with their work on the day, and no problems since. Highly recommended.
