The company is owned and managed by me, I am a Building Surveyor of over 25yrs experience, an ex plumber and Building Services engineer.

Our core business is PLUMBING, HEATING, BATHROOM, KITCHEN refurbishment BUT the company name belies the extent of work we can and have carried out.

We do REFURBISHMENT and BUILDING work on domestic and commercial properties - LOFTS, EXTENSIONS, SIDE RETURNS.

Check out,some of my past N16 projects - THE GOOD EGG restaurant, THE LECONFIELD pub, the Patisserie on Newington Green -all refurbished to high standards with satisfied customers. We have numerous domestic or commercial clients who will provide feedback and references.

Fantastic service. Within minutes of speaking to Denise on the phone, she had arranged for Michael to come that afternoon to service our boiler and fix a broken plug mechanism on our kitchen sink, as well as give some advice on our leaky tap. Michael arrived when he said he would, was friendly and did a great job. I’ll definitely use the company again.

We have used this company twice and on both occasions the work was done as agreed and to a high standard. We had a bathroom fitted a couple of years ago and everything is still in good working order and our boiler serviced in March this year. Overall what makes them stand out is their communication. So many firms either take ages to respond or seem to disappear where as Denise gets back to you rapidly and this really helps take the stress out of arranging any kind of work in the home.

Fast and efficient

My boiler completely piled in and needed a brand new one. I called late in the evening but all was arranged for the following day. Fast and speedy work, that didn’t encroach on a busy schedule. The job was expensive but once it had been installed I also text denise back to sort out some niggles because I thought the boiler maybe have stopped working again. She walked me through it all step by step and all was sorted very efficiently.

Expensive, substandard and unsafe work.

I contracted My Plumbing & Heating to install underfloor heating and relocate the existing boiler. I agreed to pay twice the rate quoted by their nearest competitor on the promise of a care free, professionally managed installation. After a very polished bid, where Denise couldn't do enough to secure the work i thought I was on to a winner. What followed proved to be quite a nightmare. The installation was supposed to happen in the 6 working days between the 21st and 29th of August and everyday I would come on site to find nobody working. In fact work actually took place only over 2 days the 21st and 29th. The rushed job was evident throughout: - the insulation was poorly fitted ruining the edges of the screed. - the boiler was leaking. Disappointed already with what was supposed to be a seamless polished concrete floor, there was worse to come... Once the screed was dry Michael commissioned the system without safety certification invalidating my boiler's warranty and my building insurance. On coming back after I complained, he declared the boiler dangerous and left me without hot water contemplating the additional costs to fix or replace the boiler. I contracted another engineer to put it right who confirmed that the problem with the boiler had been caused by the poor installation during the move.

Dear Mr Spellucci - as you know you withheld thousands of pounds at the completion of the job and ultimately found to simply be prevaricating, without a shred of evidence to support your unfounded, and almost outlandish claims. We treated you with care and respect as we do all our customers and we delivered our side of the bargain - a fully functioning and compliant underfloor heating system, yet you decided to raise a formal complaint with Which? as you didn't want to, or couldn't, fulfill your side of the agreement. Which? carried out a very forensic analysis of all issues you raised through their formal complaints process, and looked at the whole audit trail of our exchanges, in texts and emails, and independent reports on the condition of the system and boiler, which incidentally I had to provide to them as you certainly hadn't. Their complaints process found in my favour and yet you still didn't pay up. In fact you decided to escalate the complaint onto the Ombudsman, which was your right, however after several months following their equally thorough investigation of all communications and the facts, they also found in my company's favour. Several months later you still didn't pay up even then and I had to threaten Court which was a last resort. Your 'review' therefore seems nothing more than spiteful and is completely unfounded, especially as you chose to write it long after you were exposed as prevaricating about paying up - sad and disappointing Andre.

Denise and her team have recently completed an extensive refurbishment of my rental flat in East London (hard flooring throughout and brand new bathroom). I do not live in the area so was, therefore, seeking somebody to carry out the work in my absence; Denise did not disappoint. The work was carried out to a very high standard (a few minor snags, to be expected in a job of this size, were addressed and resolved quickly and efficiently and without any problems), Denise was able to source many of the materials on my behalf, was professional and her communications were speedy and detailed. Not the cheapest but as she project managed the entire refurbishment, worth every penny. I would not hesitate to recommend Denise and her team and would certainly use her company again.

They have dealt with removing boilers from difficult to reach locations to installing a more modern boiler and replacing radiators as well as annual services. Always helpful, reliable and great to work the with pricing is clear and fair. Highly recommend!

Rang them on a very cold morning when our boiler was playing up. Denise texted back quickly with name & time of an "engineer" who could come round that afternoon. Annie (said engineer) arrived on time, extremely pleasant and good at explaining things, and got our boiler sorted out very quickly. Would definitely use again.
