A really smooth service. I asked Neil to fit a new U bend and look at the shower hose. They quickly made an appointment, arrived on time and did all the work that day. The invoice was less than I had expected and it is easy to make payment. Really excellent.

Their engineer, Peter, arrived on time, worked efficiently, spent time making sure everything was just right, was friendly, was happy to answer any questions, and left my fireplace spotless when he'd finished the service. As a property investor it is really important for me to be able to rely on a company who deliver what they promise. I can honestly say the service provided by Neil and his company is second to none. Everything from the first initial contact over the phone with Irene, to the high quality work provided by the engineer and value for money was just fantastic.
