Neutral Connections is a London-based electricians that specialises in electrical installations and electrical repairs.

We are specialists in the design of electrical installations, additions and alterations. We provide electrical engineering consultancy services in all aspects of fixed wiring electrical systems in accordance with the British Wiring Regulations.

Neutral Connections has 24-hour emergency electricians on call in London. We are ready to deal with your electrical emergency, including any suspected electrical faults. Call us to arrange a visit and a free quote.

We have a 24-hour small works department which deal only with emergency call-outs and our electricians are equipped to deal with most electrical faults on the spot.

We had a few small electrical jobs to be done and kitchen lighting which was not fit for purpose. Richard discussed our needs and gave us very sound advice. The work was done in one day and Richard and Gary were punctual and clean and tidy. More than that, our kitchen lighting has become pleasant and attractive as well as more funtional due to Richard's assessment and advice. Great job and highly recommended.

Richard was amazing from the first visit he was able to identify the problem and create a practical and achievable timeline to rectify the issue. His team where amazing in competing the work in record time and left the flat it tip top condition. Richard Pope has visited our rental property in East London on a number of occasions to carry out various electrical repairs, rewiring and also PAT testing. Neutral Connections has recently upgraded/replaced some of our ancient overhead fluorescent lights, replaced old emergency lights with LED and added additional electrical sockets where required. The quality of the work is faultless and well thought out. Sockets for example are at the height they are used. All work was left tidy and Richard and his team are all very conscientious and helpful.

Richard Pope, one of the partners in this firm based in Essex and east London, has been to our tenanted house in east London on several occasions to carry out electrical repairs. He's always very prompt in replying to e-mails and getting there to do the work. Richard liases with our tenants about access and he gives a thoughtful assessment of any problems and the options for any work. It's really invaluable to have this kind of service as we live over 100 miles from London. He was recommended to us by Jason Williams, a gas engineer, also recommended on this site.
