From my first contact with Mitchell I was impressed with his level of customer service, nothing was too much trouble. The estimate was thorough and well laid out. I used the full gold/platinum package and everything went according to their detailed plan. All the packing and unpacking was done for me, meaning a stress-free move. They are a local firm and I would highly recommend.

Do not use this removal company. I stored my furniture with them in August 2021. I believed my furniture to be safely stored and looked after as I was paying a monthly fee and paid always on time. In October 2021 I received a phone call saying my three thousand nine hundred pound Leather Suite had been damaged in storage. The insurance claim was started. I contacted O'Connor continuously about this claim and was ignored several times. It was a very stressful time for us trying to push forward this claim. In January 2022 after so much stress and so many phone calls O'Connor Removals contacted me stating that the claim had processed but the insurance company did not pay the full amount because of the insurance O'Connor had in place for storage. By this time we had moved into our new home. We were issued with a temporary suite which was of poor quality and the springs collapsed. I advise do not use O'Connor removals, you will regret it. And do not store your furniture with them if you want it back in one piece.

I would definitely recommend O’Connors for house removals. They arrived promptly and from the first minute to the last ( 9 hours ) all 5 members of the team were polite, courteous, efficient and very hard working. The weather was awful but it didn't dampen their spirits at all and they carried out their tasks with enthusiasm. They were all very respectful of our belongings and brought loads of protective covers with them for sofas, chairs etc. They worked as a team and were very organised all day, ensuring before they left us our furniture was in the positions we preferred. We even got a refund for a wardrobe they were unable to assemble. Best removal company I have used, great bunch of people .

From the virtual quotation to move day the whole experience was fantastic. On the day of the move the team arrived on time and were straight into the job. They couldn't do enough for us and made sure everything was where we needed it in our new home. Highly recommend thank you.

I have moved many times, I have in the past even tried a well known national company. However, none can be compared to this company. From initial contact, to final completion of the move, the service has been excellent. Good equipment, well trained staff, polite, helpful, and they show care for ones belongings. This was not a small move. Not an item was damaged. I cannot praise this company enough. I can recommend them with a confidence. They are indeed good value.

Pre-move help was great - video call survey of our possessions saved a lot of time we didn't have. Move day was extremely smooth. The guys turned up promptly, and had our entire house safely packed up in protective padding and on the road within 1:30hrs. A little pricey, but for you pay, you get a great, hassle-free service. Would throroughly recommend.

O'Connors moved house for me. Adam and George were wonderful. The entire move was done quickly and professionally. I moved from an upstairs flat to an upstairs flat in a different location.They placed items where I wanted them and made the move stress free. It doesn't matter who it is you speak to at O'Connors they are polite. Informative and very helpful. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. The price is highly competitive and worth every penny.
