I wish to say a fantastic thank you to the staff from Oakville flooring for their Service and the speed and fittings of my mom's carpets. Thank you to Jackie for all the help with measuring and help with sorting out colours, she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I would also like to thank Steve who fitted the carpets, nothing was too much trouble for him he even helped me bring the sofa back into the room. Having done some drastic DIY we needed a new carpet. During our time in the shop itself we were talked through the different types of carpet and Jacqueline was very kind and patient with us (this is the first carpet we have bought). That week she came around to measure the room and dropped off two samples for us to check we'd made the right choice in our house. The carpet fitting itself was very efficient. The two men who fixed the carpet were friendly, polite and accommodating. We are very happy indeed with the final fit and will use this company again.

Really great company from advice all the way through to completion. Trustworthy and great standard. They helped us with every step and we now have a wonderful new floor which looks incredible.

Oakville Flooring provided a fantastic service. Jacqui visited our house to measure up and brought along some samples. She was efficient and friendly - service with a smile. We chose our flooring after she visited us twice with samples. There was no pressure to reach a fast decision. Steve, the fitter, laid oak laminate flooring to our dining room, hall and study. His work was impeccable. He laid the flooring to the edge of the skirting board - a perfect fit. No gaps. He was very courteous and worked hard, taking a pride in his work. We would highly recommend Oakville Flooring.

We have previously had Oakville fit LVT to two bedrooms. We asked Oakville back to advise and quote on fitting LVT to our lounge and garden room rough concrete floors (You have to let them dry out before you can put flooring down). Jackie came over with samples and measured up. Dave was very knowledgeable and took reading with a damp meter to check that the floor was dry enough and advised as to the process. Dave and Steve laid a latex coat and then an insulating layer and then the LVT. The rooms are transformed to the extent that I've sold the rug I had down as the floors are gorgeous and the rooms are warm for the first time ever and I haven't had to use my dehumidifier.

We had 2 bedroom carpets fitted by Oakville. From ordering to completion, the service was excellent. The whole process was completed in 4 weeks. There were no additional costs, and the quote included the removal of old carpet which was carried out immediately after the fitting was completed. When the fitters had finished they offered to help move the pieces of heavy furniture back. The rooms took approximately 40 minutes each and we are totally satisfied with the results. We would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Oakville Flooring Ltd have recently provided me with new floor coverings in my kitchen (vinyl) & hallway (wood). I am very pleased with the results and found all members of the Oakville Flooring Team to be friendly, approachable and competent in the work they carried out and they cleared up any debris after each visit. I would use them again.

New carpets were needed throughout most of our home, creating the potential for considerable disruption and stress - new carpets are expensive and not an everyday occurrence so making the correct choice is not easy. We need not have worried. Jackie took us through each stage of the purchase with zero pressure, carefully matching our needs to the correct carpet and providing samples for us to try at home. (Did you know the same carpet can appear different according to the light in a room?) Measuring was carried out efficiently and a quotation followed swiftly. Nothing was too much trouble, including the repair of a squeaky staircase prior to the fitting. The dates for laying were also organised in a thoughtful way. The carpet fitters were equally impressive. Their skill and good humour remained to the fore throughout the process and once more, nothing was too much trouble. Once laid, a small factory flaw was spotted and immediately rectified without recourse to complaint. In short, Oakville Flooring are simply the best. Thank you.
