Ocean Bathrooms and Kitchens

From the first meeting with Wayne and the discussions around the work I wanted, I thought his response and approach was too good to be true. However I had read the reviews and decided to go ahead. This firm delivered EXACTLY what was promised. They came bang on time every day. They wrote a schedule and left it for me to see so that I knew exactly what to expect them to do each of the days. They told me how many (working) days it would take and they were true to their word. From the beginning I had fixed ideas about what I wanted and they never tried to dissuade me. As the job progressed I changed my mind over a few things and not once did they complain they just did it. I’ve never known traders to do this, they were brilliant. I had the whole bathroom ripped out including the floor and wall tiles and old plaster - it was just a shell. They laid gorgeous floor tiles; large shower and shower panels; vertical radiator; toilet; sink ALL my own choices from their supplier (loads of choices). They were available to talk to when I needed to ask questions and they listened carefully and had a solution for everything to make it work for me. They were respectful of our property which is a must for me. Could not fault them! I am now four months on and not one thing has gone wrong. I’ve dealt with traders for years but never had any that have delivered like this company have. Highly recommend.

Ocean were recommended to us by a friend and we couldn't be happier. We had Wayne as the point man for the project, he made sure every step was mapped out which took away any stress or anxiety. The work we had done was extensive, but all workmen I spoke to were friendly, polite and skilled. We're delighted with our new kitchen and I would highly recommend Ocean to others.

Wayne and Phil carried out and completed the refurbishment to schedule to a very good standard. They were both very friendly and courteous, always arrived at the agreed times, gave us advice throughout the job, and completed the work for the agreed price. We are happy with the work done and would have no issues in recommending them for this type of work.

Following divorce, I purchased a rundown house and a lot of effort has been in ‘rebuilding’ the property. The final change was my kitchen of which i absolutely detested. So after reviewing OBK, I asked for a discussion about replacing my rundown kitchen. Wayne arrived and we hit it off straight away. Wayne was very sympathetic and empathetic to my needs , realising that I wanted perfection to rid myself of this awful kitchen. I was very happy for Wayne to project manage the replacement kitchen and after he submitted project plans and costs, I went for it and I’m so glad I did. From beginning to end, the installation, fittings, quality of workmanship was second to none. There were no problems whatsoever and I left everybody to their own devices as I had to leave the house on a daily basis and on returning home each day, I was so happy (every day) to see the changes taking place. Wayne was always available, no matter the time of day. The installation guys were amazing, so precise, exact, I could and would not fault them. I can’t believe how beautiful my new kitchen looks including the floor tiles of which I obtained them following Wayne’s recommendation for suppliers. Honestly… nobody can ever go wrong when using OBK. Perfection. Immaculate. Clean. Precise. Caring. Understanding. And I hope my donut purchases for the guys didn’t influence them in any way (joke). I’m making use of all available characters here in this review.

What an amazing company! From Phil coming to the house, right through to Rob & Brandon leaving today, a fantastic group of skilled people doing an excellent job. The tiling done by Josh was superb! The level of communication throughout has been faultless. Each night, our home has been left neat & tidy. The pride everyone has taken in their role has been plain to see, & also well deserved. On day one, Phil said we'd be pleased with the job, and we certainly haven't been let down on that promise. We'll definitely be coming to you for our kitchen! Thank you!

Having previously used Ocean to have my bathroom refurbished I had no hesitation in using them again for my kitchen. Wayne was professional and knowledgable. The work was carried out to a schedule and all trades arrived promptly. The communication was excellent and I was in touch with all the trades and kept up to date on all progress. I had an old small dysfunctional bathroom which has now been completely refurbished and transformed into a modern, more practical, and user-friendly facility. The project was carried out efficiently to schedule and cost, with very high standards of workmanship by an excellent hard working friendly team. Rob, Brandon, and Josh. During the works, I was frequently updated with progress and was able to discuss how any arising issues of detail and functionality were to be resolved. After 10 days of use of the refreshed bathroom, I can confidently say it was a job well done, by all involved, that has more than met my hopes and expectations. I am more than happy to recommend OBK for this type of project.
