I contacted Muhammad from OZ Electrical after finding his details from checkatrade.com following an electrical issue we had within our garage located at the back of the house/garden. When speaking to Muhammad I found that he was professional and easy to talk to. He offered to make an initial visit to ascertain the issues we were experiencing and from this visit booked in an initial electrical inspection. Muhammad and his colleague were thorough and informative when explaining the findings from the inspection. Muhammed ensured that I understood everything that was highlighted from his visit and made genuine recommendations of the work needed to be carried out. There was no pressure and the options provided to us, were based on our needs and budget which really enhanced my customer experience. Muhammad was easy to communicate with via telephone and email, and took the time to make sure that both he and I were aware of ?state of play?. Following conversations with Muhammad and after deciding which works we would like him and his team to carry out, the work was booked in and confirmed via email at a date and time with was convenient for us. Again, Muhammad ensured we were communicated with and kept in the loop. Muhammad and his team completed the agreed works and provided consistent updates throughout the duration of the works and even considered how we would like things to look aesthetically, providing recommendations when requested. We are very satisfied with the work which has been carried out to date. It was completed in a neat and tidy manner with great advice provided throughout. I bought an electric Car and wanted to setup an EV Charging point at home. Found OZ Electrical Ltd online and booked an appointment for consultation. Muhammed was available, performed a home assessment and also did a complete home electric inspection, suggested good EV chargers in the market as per my need. Explained the installation process and the options which suited my budget and booked a time to get the EV installation done. Very efficiently performed the job with high quality and provided all the certifications as expected. I have been charging my electric Car since last 9 months without any issues.

Mo was asked to improve the Electrical Installation Compliance within the house: Consumer Unit Replacement, Main Earthing Upgrade, Main Protective Bonding Upgrade. Step by step through the process he was very supportive.

The work was remedial after a previous supplier. Garden lighting was made safe and failed exterior wall lamps were restored. Exterior security lights were fitted as well as panel LED light fittings in the utility room and loft. The work was carried out efficiently and expertly with the minimum of fuss and work areas were left very clean and tidy.
