We changed to Palm Yorkshire this time last year after being let down (badly) by another company. Then they got the central heating up and running within two days of my contacting them, so when our boiler developed a leak over last weekend I contacted them this morning, spoke to the charming Jess who rang me back a few minutes later with news that Jordon would be with us shortly to see what was required. Half an hour after leaving we had received a competitive quote and job booked for tomorrow. Excellent , but it got even better as Jordon rang me early this afternoon to say he was able to come back in an hour to replace the leaking flexible pipe from the heat exchanger with a replacement which had been sourced earlier than expected. He arrived on time, was quick and efficient on what I imagine could be an awkward job (pipe was at back behind wiring and of course 12 years old), no mess at all and he totally cleaned up at finish. Like other Palm engineers we have dealt with very pleasant and highly skilled. So once again many thanks to all at Palm Yorkshire, I rate them highly and would not hesitate to recommend this Company.

Came to fit a new boiler within 24 hours,a pleasant man explain what was happening and how to use the new boiler and as he finished the electricians came to wire it up, excellent, efficient service and would highly recommend.

We heard of Palm from family who found them on Trusted Traders. Throughout our dealings with them, Palm have been fantastic. The office staff are polite, friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Tom the Electrician was excellent, completing a huge amount of work including replacing a fuseboard and installing a new oven and circuit in just 2 days. Part-way through we also asked if he could complete some extra jobs for us which had become apparent since the original booking, and it seemed nothing was too much trouble. The final quote was significantly less than I anticipated and the standard of work was excellent. We're really grateful and will definitely return to Palm in future.

As a Which? member I do my research before employing professional services. Palm was one of those with good reviews so I contacted them and others to compare. Not only Palm was one of the cheapest, they were also quick, very friendly and organised everything with efficiency. Palm recently fitted a new boiler and fixed a heating issue for us. Customer service was fantastic from the office and all the plumbers and electricians that worked on the job. They were very reasonably priced and would definitely use again and recommend to anyone!

Have used Palm for a few jobs now from changing a boiler to a small leak. Always prompt, tidy up after themselves and have reasonable prices, often offering different options which has helped me make informed decisions. Office staff and the plumbers are friendly and go that bit extra to give great service. I highly recommend!

We needed our new Tado thermostat and wireless receiver installing by a professional, very pleased with the service Tom would not leave until he was absolutely sure it worked perfectly. Highly rate the work

My electric boiler needed replacing and having been let down by a previous plumber I contacted Palm, wish I'd found them first. From my initial contact with Jess to the last everything was excellent. They did everything they said they would from phone calls, to the initial assessment, to getting the quote as low as possible and to the installation, all on time and to a very high standard. Special mention to Jess at the office and Johnny the plumber for going the extra mile, thanks guys and gals ! Fantastic customer service and workmanship. Highly recommended.

My old shower broke down in the middle of the long months of the heatwave and Palm were able to get out to my house in 2 days. They were always very friendly over the phone and in person, completely transparent about costs, and made sure I understood the costs before going ahead with anything. The engineer they sent round to do the work, Jordan, was very friendly and really nice guy, he did a great job and sealed around the shower neatly. He did a very professional job. I'm so glad I've found a reliable company who I feel I can rely on for future work.

Palm were responsive at all times to emails and telephone calls. The process of obtaining a quote was quick and straightforward, with prices being very competitive with other installers. Installation on the day was very smooth and all paperwork/ warranties etc. were sent out promptly after the installation was completed. I had a fault with the Honeywell Thermostat installed (manufacturer fault I must add), and Palm were quick to try and resolve the issue. When a fix could not be found they replaced the unit very promptly and free of charge. Will be recommending them to family and friends, and using them for my annual services moving forward.
