My wife and I were very pleased with Simon's repair work on our outside leanto and coalbunker. All completed within the timescale suggested and to a very high quality. We would certainly use his services again. He has also done a major kitchen project for friends and I know they, too, were extremely satisfied.

Simon did exactly what he said he would and more. He converted our en-suite from a full bathroom with shower cubicle into a bathroom with wet room shower facility. involved installing wet room floor (sub-contracted), re tiling, moving loo and radiator and building new cabinet and re-painting. All done on time and on-cost. Included removing all debris. Brilliant job

Completely renew bathroom: remove all existing fixtures and tiles/flooring. Supply & fit new bath/shower/ sink/w.c. and re-tile. Simon was quick and accurate to quote and helped us save some money on equipment. He came on time, worked tidily and made every effort to ensure we were happy. His suggestions also improved the project. His price was very fair and his work is excellent. Best compliment I can give is that we've asked him to do some work for our daughter.

We contacted Simon after reviewing feedback on this site. The quote he submitted was realistic and he clarified any potential difficulties to ensure everything was clear. On site Simon produced great results, on budget. His work lived up to those reviews. He came up with suggestions to solve any problems that arose and presented options for positioning, lighting, pipe routing etc. He was a very tidy worker and cleared up daily including all the packaging from the bathroom suite. Reliable, tidy, professional and good to work with.

Simon is a joy to have around the flat, and I have used him on numerous occasions over the last few months to solve problems big and small. He is very innovative, and superb at thinking outside the box. Amongst the jobs completed for me: Tricky tiling upgrade to bathroom shower inc' new made to measure glass door, and refurbishment and re-use of otherwise unavailable tiles. Installation of large very heavy (floor standing) bookcase mounted very successfully and invisibly on an a wall above a desk. Various work on doors: replacement, mirrors, handles. Installation of a complete false ceiling with lighting and inspection panels (hiding air con units). Various other lighting and cabling jobs, always finding ways of hiding the cables invisibly. He is meticulously clean and tidy with everything being returned to normal at the end of each working day. He is also very punctual, and has a good sense of humour. He is one of a very few of trusted tradespeople used by our estate's management team, and they use him because he is both inexpensive and good. I now never ask him for a quote, although he still usually insists on giving me one and keeping me abreast of the consequence of changes. I am more than happy to let him work in my flat unattended, and equally to give him a set of keys for the duration.

I have used Simon's services before but this time I set him a real challenge - to completely renovate my very dated 2nd floor flat including: removing a panel of wall, installing a new boiler; central heating; rewiring; wall insulation; air ducting; new bathroom; new kitchen; replace internal doors and skirting; tiling and decorating throughout and numerous other improvements! He did an amazing job and I am thrilled with the transformation. Simon is a methodical and efficient worker and is great at problem solving those niggling dilemmas. He came up with some great space saving ideas and even built a bespoke cupboard around the boiler that matches perfectly with the rest of the bathroom furniture. Very impressed. Not only did Simon advise on the design, he also helped source quality products at competitive rates and has a large network of suppliers that he uses regularly. He is a very tidy worker, cleaning up each day and taking the rubbish down to the dump - all down 4 flights of stairs each time! (Not to mention having to manhandle everything UP 4 flights of stairs including the boiler; bathroom suite; complete kitchen including a long length of worktop and dozens of packs of ceramic tiles! He deserves a medal just for that!) He was so quiet most of the neighbours didn't even realise there was work going on! I would definitely recommend Simon if it's a quality job you're looking for with excellent results.

Simon did a very professional plumbing job for me, as well as a few minor works. He arrived on time, did an excellent job and was a pleasure to have in my home. None of the usual head shaking and "bigging up " the perceived complexities of the work as is so often the case. On top of all that his charges were very reasonable. Thank you.
