We approached Stephen to be our party wall surveyor for a new build project, Stephen was knowledgeable and really knew his stuff he always went above and beyond to get our project moving and handled our neighbours and our own requests both inside and outside of hours, we could not have asked more from Stephen and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anybody requiring a experienced party wall surveyor

I have had the absolute pleasure of instructing Stephen Hawes to facilitate the party wall procedure for my rear and loft extension. Having worked with Stephen once before I have already recommended him to many family and friends and could not fault him. He is prompt, courteous encourages the digitalisation of documents meaning you don't have to wait for the post or things to "get lost". I have even had him calling me up and chasing me for updated plans! I would never use another surveyor having found Stephen, and could not recommend Stephen Hawes and Co. highly enough! Excellent service from Stephen throughout, responded to our email enquiry via which trusted traders on the same day and kept us informed though out the process and his friendly professional approach meant our neighbours used him as the agreed surveyor which saved us time and money. The party wall agreement was worth it's weight in gold and allowed us to comfortably proceed with our works. I have no doubt Stephen is the man to go to for your party wall agreement needs and I have no hesitation recommending him to any other property owners out there who wish to start a project and need help with the party wall process.

I found Stephen to be informative clear and precise. He sent out the notices on the same day as I phoned him and arranged the survey soon after. He was detailed in his survey outlining all the existing damage and cracks in our neighbours property before we commenced with our project. Stephen's fees were reasonable compared to other Party wall Surveyors I spoke with. He saved me money and helped get my project started. I would have no hesitation recommending Stephen's services to any other property owners.
