I have used Paul several times now, normally to fix issues with existing plumbing & heating. Always successful. On this occasion Paul fitted a new shower room for me, including integral shower floor. Several issues popped up during first & second fix, but Paul always finds a solution. The result is stunning. Thank you!

I cracked my low level cistern when replacing the handle. The cistern is coloured and about 20 years old so unsurprisingly it is no longer made (white and close coupled is the norm these days). Paul came the next day to take a look and gave options (replace with white low level cistern or replace whole toilet with a modern close coupled one). In the end I sourced an exact replacement cistern myself from the internet (search oldcolours) and Paul fitted the same day. Good tidy work at a reasonable price and would use again.
