I had a problem with the cooling fan on my HP notepad. I took it to PC Parts at 10am, the reception was very welcoming and efficient. At 1.30pm the same day I received a telephone call to say my computer had been repaired and was ready for collection. The cost of repair was very reasonable. I have no hesitation in giving PC Parts the very highest praise for their friendly efficient service.

I took my 4 year-old Acer Travelmate laptop to PC Parts as it was making an irregular beeping noise when the power adaptor was connected. I had tried to search for a solution but without success. The problem lay in the power connector and socket which it plugs into. PC Parts diagnosed the plug as having a hairline crack but were able to make a successful repair. When I asked how much I owed them they said no charge. They advised that a permanent fix would cost around £70 so should it require it I would take it back to them. Great people and very knowledgeable. Happy to give them a big recommendation.

I've been using PC Parts for several years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are always helpful and honest and are happy to answer any questions you have. They explain everything in an easy to understand way. Their prices are very reasonable and the service is very fast. They've done several laptop repairs for us and even built a custom made gaming computer for my other half. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants friendly, professional and reliable service.
