Peach Properties

Peach properties installed our new boiler some years ago and have carried out our annual service each year since then. He is always punctual, polite ,thorough and a tidy worker. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Nathan has fitted four new radiators for us and carried out pipework, connecting an American fridge freezer, including gas pipework in our refurbished kitchen. He has also removed a gas fire and pipework connecting it and made good the brickwork where the fire was situated. He did an excellent job, was knowledgeable and gave helpful advice. He cleaned up after the work was completed and was very reasonably priced. He is an extremely pleasant man who does his best for the customer without any unnecessary expense. He is completely honest and trustworthy and I have no hesitation in recommending him and his company.

Replaced an old internal tradition oil boiler with an external combi oil fired boiler in our grade 2 listed cottage. Nathan was just brilliant from start to finish, as our property is grade 2 listed the job came with challenges as this was a complete reconfiguration and be sympathetic to the building. Nathan consulted us at every stage and ensured we completely understood what was happening. The installation was carried out with minimal disruption and any challenges along the way were utterly taken in his stride instilling even more confidence in us that we had chosen the right man for the job. Nathan went above and beyond, he made sure all of our old plumbing was removed along with the tanks and even refitted a couple of radiators that were not level on the walls. Nathan continues to service your boiler every year and we wouldn't go anywhere else for anything to do with our heating and hot water. Peach Properties are simply one of the best contractors I have ever worked with and there have been quite a few. Even our dogs missed him when he had finished the job!! We would highly recommend Peach to anyone looking for 1st class service and craftsmanship!!

Leach Properties moved an old Combi Boiler from upstairs Airing Cupboard to downstairs kitchen area and later at a later date fitted a new replacement boiler. On both occasions the workmanship was excellent and in both instances communication and tidiness were impeccable

He refitted my oil boiler after I was badly let down at the last minute by a primadonna fitter in November 2019 and he has serviced it twice and solved a pressure drop problem by replacing a pressure vessel. All work entirely satisfactory and reasonable in price.

Nathan and Danny fitted our new oil boiler, connecting to our new oil tank. Fantastic job from start to finish, reliable, fair price and even came out afterwards at short notice to sort a minor fault. Would definitely recommend
