Contacted PH247, as our boiler stopped working in our warehouse. they were very professional in how they went about things, along with great communication via phone, and email. The work was finally carried out by Nathan ( Engineer #102 ). I was very happy with the work done. Thankyou.

Engineer 102 turned exactly on time. Engineer 102 very efficient and had good communication skills. Gas Fire needed servicing and cleaning. Tidied up afterwards.

I would highly recommend this company because I found the company and the technician friendly, knowledgeable with clear explanations, professional, efficient and skilled. All adding up to excellent customer service I will use this company and technician (102) again to service my boiler and cylinders and any other work that needs repair.

Had an issue with the boiler which was causing the hot water to run hot and cold. Nathan arrived on time, listened carefully to what the issue was and promptly found the problem and fixed it. He explained what he was doing from start to finish which was reassuring. Very much appreciated that I paid for a service upfront thanks to a clear and transparent pricing structure and will most definitely be using this company (and requesting Nathan) again.

I live in a modern flat. The water pressure in the bathrooms’ showers and sinks was very good. My problem was low pressure from a kitchen tap. I asked PH247 to assist. The plumber arrived on 13 April. The appointment was for 8.00 but he arrived over an hour and a half late. (I had to chase) His examination lasting no longer than 15 minutes (mostly taking photographs, it seemed). The plumber notably did not test the pressure to the tap. I later that day received quotation 4050 to replace a combination valve for a price of £897.73. This seemed a bit glib, so I consulted another plumber for a second opinion. The problem turned out to be a coupling within the tap which needed to be replaced. The correspondence on this has been unnecessarily protracted, but in summary: On 6 June, Mr Bradley stated “we require a report from the plumber which clearly details the issue and an invoice detailing the works carried out” The former was provided by return. Then on 27 June, having received it, I sent a copy of the invoice; showing conclusively that the problem was the coupling connector within the tap. A refund of the initial charge of £96 has nevertheless been refused. Mr Bradley continually refers to “our T&C’s”; as if these excuse lack of professionalism, incorrect diagnosis and offering expensive works which were not required. I am now faced with pursuing this through the Small Claims Court

This is the second time I've used PH247 and just like the first time, Nathan was fantastic.... told me (and showed me) what the problem was and then he fixed it. He was kind enough to look at another plumbing problem i had and told me a quick solution to fix it. Brilliant! Highly recommended!

A PH247 sent a plumber called Nathan to fix my boiler. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained the problem clearly. He then went about fixing it quickly and efficiently. He left the work area clean and tidy when he was done. I was very pleased with the service he provided and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.

I recently had a kitchen tap and pipework installed in my home and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. PH247 was professional, friendly, and efficient. Not very happy with the service I received. The plumber was friendly but completely misidentified the source of the leak on my toilet. (So that was a waste of £100 on my part) Insisted on a quote of about £1000 for work that didn't really need doing urgently. In the end they did agree to lower the price to about £800, but I was sure they had misidentified the problem. So, I tried a different company (CJ plumbing and heating) they sent a guy the next day who swiftly put a temporary fix in place and then drew up a much cheaper quote (about £500) for the actual work that needs to be done to provide a permanent solution.

Absolutely superb service from PH247! The plumber explained what work was done to freeze the pipes and showed me before and after photos of the work carried out. Highly recommend for complex jobs!
