This garage performed a MOT and chipped away paintwork that had been rust treated on a top mount and then advised there was rust that needed work that had already been done. A fresh rust repair on a none body sill had been treated and sprayed was again listed as a advisory when there was no work needed doing. Saying it had been filled again, an oil leak had been repaired but had left remnants in the tray in the engine bay. Was again listed as a leak, all these things effectively listed a car they knew I was selling as needing work that didn't need doing, and painted it in a poor light. They also listed rust on the underside of the car. Again, surface rust on a 22 year old car, which is present on any z3 or BMW of that age you would look at and presented no danger. Totally unprofessional and I would never use them again. I am unsure if they expected work from the poor report for things that didn't need doing and hoped to get money for nothing or what. I had already had all the work done prior to the MOT, so knew the advisorys were inaccurate.

Great customer service - open and honest in describing the work that has been done. Been back several times now given the great experience from the first visit.

After calling Phil in the morning he was able to come and fix my car within a couple of hours. He provided a top quality and friendly service and brought all necessary parts (fuses/bulbs etc) with him at no extra cost. He provided excellent customer service and I was able to call him later on in the day to update him on the condition of my car. I would 100% recommend Phil.

Two front tyres replaced today. Booked for 12pm, started dead on 12, finished in good time, very pleasant helpful staff, will definitely be using again and recommending to others. Couple of the local national garages could learn a thing or two about customer service by spending half an hour here.
