I found Mike via TT and must say he responded quickly to re positioning our stop cock in the kitchen which has been on my list of things to do for 10 years! He clearly explained what was involved and the pricing. No pressure. We booked the work to be done and all worked very well. So much so he is now replacing a shower for us. Thanks Mike.

After 2 years of radiators that switched themselves on, that other plumbers and central heating servicers could not fix, Mike solved this issue in under an hour. Have since used him to recently sort out my boiler which was making explosive noises (and had had an outlet moved to facilitate building work, but this had not been done properly). Mike identified the problems and took the time to properly address them while also being able to explain what the issues were. Also used to replace a tap, fix leaking taps etc. which were all done in record time.

Mike and his team did an excellent job in my recently built utility room where they installed a new boiler and underfloor heating. The kitchen needs to be done later on and I'm confident that the work will continue to be of the same high standard. There were some minor issues but these were rectified as soon as they were identified. Such a relief to have such tidy and willing workers and I felt very happy to leave them in the house whilst I went out to work.

Mike has worked for me for about 10 years doing lots of jobs! I live in an Edwardian terraced house, so Mike is responsible for all the plumbing jobs and maintenance over the years. He has fitted a full refurbished bathroom, heating systems, underfloor heating and a combi boiler. I am absolutely happy with his service, he is great. I have recommended him to others, he always arrives on time, he is better than your average tradesman. He always explains everything fully and takes the time to make sure I'm comfortable with what he's doing.

When I first moved into the house I requested Phoenix Services to check and service the unvented boiler / system. It was immediately noted the expansion vessel was full of water and in a dangerous condition. They immediately corrected the problem and conducted a full service of the boiler including fitting a magnetic filter. Further work included repairing the pressure relief valve and replacing some TRVs. Mike is fast, efficient and knowledgeable and has shown to be very punctual.
