I first contacted this Trader on Friday 13th to arrange for a visit to quote for work. He did not turn up or contact me to cancel / postpone. I tried to contact him only to get his answering service. Did not receive a call-back on the day but received call the following day. Re-arranged visit only to be let down a second time. That's not the kind of behavior I expect from a professional.
