Ajay provided a professional and reliable service. He was able to attend at short notice to replace a broken ceiling fan in the recent heatwave. He arrived on time, worked without fuss, removed the old fan, left the place tidy, and explained his work to me in clear lay person's language.

I highly recommend Ajay, a pleasure to have in the house. We are elderly, and unable to change the bathroom lightbulb as the glass had come away from the metal top. Really needed the light in that room after dark. Early in the day I called Ajay, but he was on a long job, but assured me he would come in the evening, and he did, keeping in touch with me by phone. The job was speedily done, and also a further electrical problem. He had to return to finish the job the next day as a part was needed for a third job!

Ajay was referred to us as being reliable and good at what he does : we were not disappointed. He came on the day equipped to do the job having asked for photos beforehand; he looked at the electrical fault - a burned out switch on an electrical spur for a power shower - and set to, mended the fault quickly, re-set the shower (knowing exactly where to do go and what to do) and tidied up. Polite and talked in terms I understood: no technical jargon. The price was what he said it would be. Rare to get a service like this.

Ajay took our call on a sunday morning following a serous fire in a bathroom extractor fan at my elderly parents flat. He was able to attend within 2 hours and made everything safe and did all the necessary tests to ensure we were able to restore electrics to all rooms. He explained his work and gave us complete confidence.

We were passed Ajay's details earlier this year for some works we required in our property. It was easy to book him in to view our place and he provided some excellent recommendations on areas we didn't even think about! Overall he has a solid understanding in general building works which is a great benefit of not having to call multiple trades. Completed works included - full walls prep and repaint, rewiring of whole house, outhouse kitchen fitted, flooring laid, tiling. Easy to work with, honest team. Highly recommended.

Nature of works: Complete modernisation and internal alterations of existing 5 bedroom and 4 shower/bathroom home in London NW9 during June 2016. We used the services of Platinum Premier Projects (PPP) to give our family house a fresh new look before moving abroad in order to put our home on rent. The project was delivered on time and on budget with no glitches. Perfect communication from start to finish. The outstanding results meant we got tenants straight away who loved the look of the property and three years on have kept it immaculate to the high standard and quality finish that the house was presented to them.
