Very impressed with Plumbco from first contact to completion of the work. We invited them to quote to replace a boiler and the one we received was very competitive with the others. Moreover, they responded to all our questions quickly and clearly. They arrived on time on the agreed date, worked quickly and efficiently, tidying up as they went. We received a follow-up call the next day and even offered to send someone out to explain the controls again as I said they were a bit complicated, but we thought we'd eventually understand them. The invoice was as per quote. We intend to use them to service the boiler and they've put a note on their system as a reminder.

From the point of arranging a quote, everything was very smooth and efficient, no pressure was made to place an order. A date was booked and the fitters arrived early. Both very pleasant and insisted on cleaning up. The boiler guarantee was emailed a couple of days later. We would strongly recommend Plumbco and will now use them for our annual servicing.

Central Heating Boiler installed 18 months ago, subsequently, the central heating valve failed. Phoned Plumbco Tuesday morning requesting an investigation. The heating engineer arrived at 19.00hrs the same day. Replaced valve free of change, Job completed in 30mins, an outstanding service. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to a friend or colleague.
