Billy was excellent! For a job that should have taken 10 minutes he ended up here nearly two hours as it was not as simple as I anticipated. Billy didn't moan and still charged the original price quoted. Would recommend.

We had Plumbserv NW change an dd metal HW tank that had started to leak, for a new plastic tank. I know this job was far more involved than previously thought. What I liked was that Bill stood by the original quote which I thought was very reasonable. His workmanship was great. He was polite and he was tidy. He consulted with me on what needed doing and he just got on with it. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Very speedy service called for a plumber at 10am and was at my house just after lunch. I had a leak from the loft which turned out to be a crack in my water storage tank the whole of my bathroom ceiling had come through and the water had already starting coming through to my kitchen. The problem was isolated straight away and Bill returned first thing the following day to replace the tank. I got a full description on my invoice which was electronically sent so I could forward to my insurance company. Billy was so helpful he explained what he was doing, very cheerful, polite, value for money and cleaned up after him. Thank you Bill I'll be recommending you to my friends and family.

Plumbserv recently replaced 2 radiators for us. I can't recommend them enough. They came when they said they would, the work was carried out promptly. Billy is very experienced & can't fault his workmanship. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The price was also very competitive.

We had a loud banging noise in the pipes through the house every time we flushed the toilet. Billy changed the diaphragm, and noticed the toilet had been overfilling and leaking at some stage which he also rectified. Problem was quickly fixed.

I had a leak in my kitchen sink. They responded incredibly quickly, diagnosed the problem, carried out the work in a very efficient and friendly manner. The cost of the work was very reasonable. Their service from start to finish was of a very high standard.
