What should have been a 4 day job turned into 11 due to numerous wrong deliveries, broken or dented items needing return,salesperson not understanding needs of fitters & wrong sizes of important items delivered, e.g vital shower tray, shower screens among other which seriously inhibited fitter timescale. As a disabled & elderly customer this caused immense stress as I had to be confined to the house every day often just waiting for deliveries or collections. This caused a lot of physical pain as I was forced to sit for far too many hours instead of getting the much-needed exercise recommended by my physio. Also had no toilet to use for over 24 hours as it was removed to allow for floor levelling compound to settle & dry. This also caused problems as we,by chance,only had access to a small camping commode otherwise we would have had nothing to use & no-one to call on for help. Our order was for ceiling lowering plus floor levelling as well as a large walk-in shower.
