After an initial delay in the installation of the window the work was carried out professionally and completed in one day. All debris was taken away and the room was left in a clean and tidy state. Overall we are very pleased with the quality of the window and the installation.

The door was ordered after a visit to the showroom in early October but not installed for four months. The initial delay of almost a month between a 30% deposit and the surveyor visit was annoying as we were quoted approx 10 weeks before installation. In the end, it was 4 months due to delays from the supplier and possibly Covid. The door was expensive but very good quality and well installed. The fitters were very polite and we are pleased with the result.

They fitted a great door, not the cheapest, but what I considered the best. They fitted it when they said they would and in a pleasant and efficient manor. The workmen cleaned up after themselves and took all the waste away. They could not have done more. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Prestige installed our rosewood double glazed windows in February 2001 and they still look as good as the day they were fitted nineteen years ago. An original, timber side door on our property was beginning to look a little sad, so we decided to have it replaced to match the windows. Once again we asked Prestige to carry out the work and the high quality door was craftsman made to our specification and expertly installed. Our utility room is now noticeably warmer and we do not now need to open the radiator there. This means an immediate saving of energy. I would urge anyone considering new windows and/or doors to seriously consider the installation of wood effect frames as they certainly do add to the image of the property. Needless to say, I wholeheartedly recommend Prestige as they are a well established company with a well deserved reputation.
