We wanted to use Preston for a local job for both plumbing and redecorating. For a small plumbing job after an initial email enquiry I was told I would be handed over to the plumber and contacted, which I never was. I then called to enquire about a redecoration job and whoever I spoke to could not have sounded less interested. I was told they were booked up until October (which is great to see and understandable given Covid) and from their tone really didn’t want my business. Very disappointing as the reviews suggest they provide a good service.

Dai patiently guided us through a number of potential kitchen designs which all involved building work. Once we had agreed a design and engaged a builder, Dai liaised with the builder to ensure a smooth transition from builder to fitter. Dai completed the kitchen on time and to cost and we were delighted with all aspects of the experience.

Complete new fitted kitchen fitted. Involved knocking two rooms into one to give large room, totally re-plumbed, drainage re-sited & electrics repositioned. Whole room was completely plastered with new ceiling, new flooring & new kitchen units fitted on the opposite wall of the original kitchen. The whole thing completely project managed by Preston Kitchens. Very easy to work with & went through design possibilities of what could be achieved. Always prompt turning up & kept unto date on what was happening in the next few days.

Dai listened to what we wanted with our new kitchen and incorporated our ideas into the design. He was meticulous and thorough and kept us updated through the planning and ordering stage. He was a great help also when trying to decide on appliances. After the building work was completed Dai and with the muscle power of John fitted the kitchen with In a couple of days. The workmanship was excellent, quality of the kitchen also excellent and when we needed a couple of bits sorting afterwards nothing was too much trouble. From initially meeting and talking to Katie and Dai in the showroom we felt reassured that they were a reputable company to deal with and would recommend them.

A new kitchen was fitted by Preston during June 2019 we were very very pleased with the workmanship & fitting. Preston went over and above to ensure every element was to our complete satisfaction. The fitters were very professional and great guys nothing was too much trouble. The final result was a lovely new kitchen. We would and have recommended Preston to our friends and family who all agree that our kitchen is of a very high quality and fitting.
