Prime Disaster Response is a High and Premium Net Worth focused restoration business. A family owned company, our aim is to add value to an insurance led process, improving existing protocols through communication and management of expectations, never sacrificing quality.
Laurence and Ciaran spent time being part of a small restoration company before realising there was so much more to be offered and improved on. We pride ourselves on being easy to deal with and transparent. Our staff are driven to succeed in delivering the most effective, well communicated and efficient disaster restoration service in the industry

We called Prime to locate the source of a leak coming from our attic. Their technicians arrived the same day and found the problem immediately. They installed equipment to dry out the area and within a few days it was resolved. We were so impressed with the service we were given - from the initial call to the office to the resolution of the issue. We were given a dedicated person to speak to and the communication was faultless throughout. We would not hesitate to recommend Prime, and would definitely use them again in future.

We had a flood in the basement, Prime Disaster Response did the strip out for us and organised everything including the removal company. They were so professional, we were really really pleased. They were really friendly and trustworthy.

Made a Stressful Situation Really Easy

Had a leak that went from the boiler, through the ceiling, and affected the electrics and lights. I called on Monday and they came by Tuesday evening, much faster than i was expecting Prime sent a plumber and an electrician to make everything safe, followed by a second check to assess any lasting damage. They also installed some equipment in order to make sure there would not be future problems, as well as coming back for some additional smaller leaks that occurred. They were amazing, Nothing was to much of a problem for them, they were happy to help. Took great of my property, keeping everything tidy as the repairs took place.

We had a tumble dryer fire in our house last year, it destroyed the kitchen and bathroom above it and the rest of the house was smoke and soot damaged throughout. PDR came in and took the worries away, they cleared it all down and worked like Trojans to sort everything out. They put together a repair list and took our stuff away to be cleaned and washed. There was great empathy from them on our situation which was much needed at that time. We had no problems at all with the company and would recommend to anyone.
