Mathew was very professional and knowledgeable. From his first site visit he explained what was needed to replace our Gas Central Heating Boiler. As I am technically minded, Mathew was happy to answer all my questions so I could understand what would be involved. Mathew, his son and apprentice respected our house taking every care not to damage anything. We were kept informed with the progress. As the hot water cylinder was remaining, we had plenty of hot water until the new boiler was commissioned on the second day. We were pleased we chose Pro Plumb Chesterfield and would definitely recommend the company.

I recently suffered a complete breakdown of my central heating and hot water system, so I rang Pro Plump to ask for help. By lunchtime that day the problem had been diagnosed and the necessary parts ordered. Within hours of the parts arriving they had been installed and my system was functioning normally again. Not only was this superb service, but Luke and Sam who carried out the repairs were as cheerful and friendly as I could possibly have wished. At a time when some companies merely pay lip service to customer care this stands out as a shining example of good practice. I cannot praise them enough.

Excellent from start to finish. A big three-day job where they took out my 30 year old ground floor back-boiler, re-piped the gas supply to first floor to install a new condensing combi boiler there and fitted a new focal point fire in the lounge. The whole project was completed professionally, on time and to cost. Everywhere was sheeted up before work started and left tidy at the end of each day. It was a pleasure having them do the work. They get my highest recommendation.

Matthew and his apprentice Sam installed our new boiler. We are really pleased with the work carried out. They were very respectful of our possessions, covered all the carpets and left absolutely no mess.Both were very polite and Matthew was very patient when he explained the controls to us, we would highly recommend them.
