I had fire and boiler removed from lounge and a new gas fire installed 2 cold water tanks and hot water cylinder removed from airing cupboard in bedroom and replaced by new Worcester Bosch boiler also radiator removed from conservatory and replaced with larger one and one other radiator installed in downstairs toilet. It took the team 3 days each day they removed all rubbish and when the job was finished cleaned up each room they had been in. Matt and Tom explained the use of the central heating, gas fire and the thermostat. I would recommend this company.

Moved and fitted new Worcester Bosch combi boiler to a new location. All staff involved were helpful, tidy and well mannered. Operation of boiler explained in great detail. All rubbish removed,site was left clean and tidy Would have no hesitation in recommending this firm

I had my boiler serviced on 2/12/21, this was booked in by Jane who was very friendly and helpful. The engineer arrived on time and was very cheerful, he ensured I had no signs of covid before entering my property, he was also wearing all the correct PPE. After the service was complete he explained what he had done and that my boiler had passed the service. Very good value for money, I will definitely be booking again next year 👍👍👍

Mathew, Sam and Tom relocated and installed a new boiler, replaced two radiators and 11 valves. This was done with minimal disruption and no mess. Their work is to a very high standard. Pro Plumb fitted me a new boiler after giving me excellent quotes and advice about which one I should choose. When they arrived they fitted adequate protection to my carpets & furniture. Their work was very efficient with very little disturbance to me. I hardly knew they were there. After finishing the installation they explained very fully to me how everything worked saying to get in touch with them if I had any problems. They finished in the time they said they would and left everything very clean and tidy. I was very impressed with the job.

Having read the excellent reviews of Pro Plumb I decided to contact them to get a quote for a new boiler installation. From the initial conversation, I was impressed with how friendly they were. The quote provided was very reasonable and detailed so I knew what I was paying for. During the installation, everything was kept clean with plastic sheeting and matting put down. I was impressed with how quickly they got on with the job and had the new system installed. Everything was done to a high standards with minimum disruption. I cannot recommend them highly enough. It is so refreshing to find a company who phone when they say they are going to phone, turn up when they say they are going to turn up and complete the job without issue. The finish they have left is excellent, I am really pleased with the new system and am glad they will be looking after the system for the next 10 years too. Mathew was very professional and knowledgeable. From his first site visit he explained what was needed to replace our Gas Central Heating Boiler. As I am technically minded, Mathew was happy to answer all my questions so I could understand what would be involved. Mathew, his son and apprentice respected our house taking every care not to damage anything. We were kept informed with the progress. As the hot water cylinder was remaining, we had plenty of hot water until the new boiler was commissioned on the second day. I recently suffered a complete breakdown of my central heating and hot water system, so I rang Pro Plump to ask for help. By lunchtime that day the problem had been diagnosed and the necessary parts ordered. Within hours of the parts arriving they had been installed and my system was functioning normally again. Excellent from start to finish. A big three-day job where they took out my 30 year old ground floor back-boiler, re-piped the gas supply to first floor to install a new condensing combi boiler there and fitted a new focal point fire in the lounge. I’ve have just had a new boiler installed by Matthew and Co. It needed to be moved from our loft to the airing cupboard. From the first time he visited my house to quote I was sincerely impressed by his knowledge, honesty and sound advice. The work is now complete, done in timely fashion, from the moment they left you would not have known that any work had been carried out. Very clean, and they even altered and refitted the shelves in the cupboard around the new boiler. We use Pro Plumb to service our boiler so know of their efficient work. So when the boiler started playing up they advised us not to waste money trying to repair it but to have a new system installed. Matthew came to see what would be required, explained what it would involve and quoted a price for the work. We arranged a mutual date for the job to be done as we were due to go on holiday and they had family circumstances to accommodate. It was a 2 day job but we had the water supply back on after a few hours on the first day. Matthew and Larry obviously new what they were doing and worked as a team. They fitted the new system, cleared up as they went along so we had no mess to sort out, and took time to explain the workings of the new Worcester boiler and the wireless unit to control the settings. We would certainly recommend them and will continue to use their plumbing service in the future.

Right from his first visit to give us a quote to replace our old central heating boiler, they were so professional explaining everything we needed and why and saying what was not necessary to change. The quote was very competitive and explained exactly what would be done and what was included. When we accepted the quote his wife arranged the date for the work to be done and explained that it may run into 2 days as we needed an extra cable installing , the evening before the work was to commence she again rang us to say what time they would arrive. When they arrived, the first job was to put protective covers on the floors and carpet upstairs, they explained everything they were going to do and did it. When they finished in 1 day, by staying a bit later, they explained how everything worked and arranged for the necessary service program to be activated . The house was left very clean both inside and out.

The complete refurb was installed to a very high standard and the whole job was excellent and very professional. Matt and his team replaced an old style boiler with a new combi and replaced some radiators also. Before they started they explained exactly what they were doing each day so that I could prepare for any shortages but the main water supply was back on within a couple of hours. There was a lot of additional piping and this was installed to a very high standard and the whole job was excellent and very professional. Pro Plumb replaced my old back boiler with a new combination boiler and undertook additional plumbing work to bring the old system up-to-date. The standard of work was excellent.
