Qerb installed a replacement boiler nearly 2 years ago, a condition of the extended warranty being to ensure an annual service is performed. I live about 15 miles from their offices but they refuse to provide such a service quoting that they do not cover my geographical area? Rather surprising as they were very keen to take my installation business and I note that they are currently working in partnership with my local council for the supply and installation of Solar panels? Not the service that I expected and wonder what would happen if there is a breakdown within the warranty?
Qerb installed a boiler under the government boiler replacement scheme. During the installation they damaged part of my drainage system. I have phoned and emailed many times and even had someone make an appointment to come and look at the damage and another call when I was out without warning. It would seem that they don't care about the damage and are now ignoring my emails. Avoid at all cost.
