QERB provides us with a full central heating package on a grant for less than a 1500 pounds cost to us. Previously quoted 8 grand from British Gas. Tom and Lee arrived with Russ and Mark in different days. All extremely friendly and actually very funny guys. Respectful of our home which is very cluttered to be honest, the guys didn’t complain after moving carpets and furniture. We are set up for life now and finally the grandkids will be warm.

After coming out with the wrong boiler the first time. The same two workmen turned up second time to do a neat and professional job. Not workmen's fault first boiler was wrong, messed up in paperwork.

Fitted a new oil heating system at my Mothers house. Numerous faults from minor leaks which I can accept happen to major installation problems like putting valves on an open vent pipe leaving a potential bomb, using a second hand pump which doesn't meet current building regulations, very tatty wiring simply nail clipped to the wall, not clearing away their rubbish and I could go on.
