Ryan arrived on time to size up the job - our old, iron gutter had fallen from the 2nd floor onto our kitchen roof and smashed the tiles. So we needed a replacement fascia board, gutter, downpipe and roof tiles. He promptly emailed a competitive quote (a different roofer had quoted to set up a scaffold on our neighbour’s property to access the fascia) and we agreed to go ahead. He was here within days - with all materials needed - but access at the rear of our property is a challenge and he needed more men. So a team of 4 were here the next morning - polite and professional, they completed the repairs in a couple of hours. Their photos of all work done looked very good, and we paid the original quote price, despite the unexpected hitch with awkward access, which entailed using a bigger team than Ryan had originally expected. I’d recommend Rah Roofing for their responsiveness, quality of work and price, and I would use them again.

Before choosing RAH Roofing, I undertook 20 hours of research, obtained 5 quotes and left no stone unturned. Finding a company that is highly regarded by others and has outstanding credentials for workmanship and integrity is so vitally important (we had had a bad experience in the past in a previous house). RAH Roofing undertook major works for us - replaced our main Edwardian slate roof plus original extension roof, repointed and re-flaunched a huge chimney and replaced all the guttering. Ryan and his team of three fantastic professionals – Jordon, Tony and Matt – undertook an outstanding job. Their dedication to the work was exceptional. The quality of their workmanship is excellent. I can truly say that our stunning new Marley slate roof and the stepped lead flashing is like a work of art and our new roof is being admired by friends and neighbours. The Building Control Officer was impressed too. Ryan is a highly dedicated and professional director of his company; his attention to detail, extremely high standards, punctuality, work ethic and brilliant immediate communication about all things is second to none. After noticing drips coming from the ceiling I called Ryan and he came over the following evening when I got home from work to see what work needs to be done. He had a look and almost immediately found that the small drainage channels down the sides of the Velux window in the loft above the leak were clogged up with debris. He cleaned them out there and then and said he was confident that was the only issue as everything else looks OK. He didn't even want to charge. I wont know until the next time it rains but I wont hesitate to call him if there is still a problem.
