Ronni attended my property during the weekend as I could not take time off during the week, very knowledgeable and friendly and explained what he was doing into details. Had no heating in any radiator, he managed to get some heating in the radiators but unfortunately 2 days after, heating stopped again ( only the living room has partially heating, remaining ones stone cold ). I received the invoice end of December £315.00, I paid straight away ( weekend rate and fair price so I had no issues with that ) but I did mention that I had no heating and that the problem has not been resolved. No one tried to make contact or called me, I was honest enough to pay even tho the problem has clearly not been resolved. I work in the same industry and this is not cool.

I used RBG to services the HIU in my flat and they were great. Very professional, polite and have excellent knowledge of HIUs. Their charge is reasonable. They are now used by most flats in our building and recommended by the building management to service the HIUs of the 150+ flats on site.

Warm flat for Christmas!

An engineer came to fix our heating on 22 Dec, he sorted it very quickly and meant we had a warm flat for Christmas! We were able to book an appointment at short notice. After the initial email arranging date and time, we didn’t get confirmation of the visit but after we emailed on the day they phoned us straight away to say the engineer was on his way. Would recommend.

I contacted RBG services following a Which recommendation. I normally use another company for my annual boiler service, however due to their unavailability I decided to try RBG. Firstly, the price quoted was extremely reasonable and was the exact price that subsequently came through on the invoice. Secondly, the engineer Ronni was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. His work was excellent and he provided good advice in layman's terms so I was easily able to understand. Further, Ronni has excellent customer service skills and was friendly and accomodating. He has a very approachable manner and happy to explain things. Also, very important for a female customer - Ronni made me and my daughter feel safe and comfortable whilst he was carrying out the work. Thirdly, safety. Ronni ensured that he wore a mask and maintained social distancing at all times. He displayed excellent Covid-19 safety practice. Ronni explained all safety aspects around a gas boiler and provided a new carbon monoxide alarm. Finally, customer service. Great service from Ana, to support the booking. All paperwork sent promptly and clear information. Electronic certificates and information provided and easily accessible. I will definitely be using RBG services in the future for any further work.

Had boiler/heating repairs and annual gas safety checks in our rental properties and family home from these guys for a few years now. Transparent with costs, always been helpful, reliable and the office staff are very polite. Keep it up. Recommended.

I contacted RBG for a second opinion on work needed to repair my Heat Interface Unit. The scheduler, Ana, was very knowledgeable and Accommodating. The technician, Ronni, fully assessed the existing conditions and clearly explained what needed to be done. In short order, they expertly completed the repairs at a fraction of the cost of a well-known competitor in the London market. I even got a call after the work was completed to see if I was satisfied. I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Thank you RBG.

Heating and plumbing work in 2 different properties

I found this company via Which Magazine which rated it as excellent and local to my area. I had no hot water in my house. The engineer called me earlier than expected and said that they could attend a few hours earlier if that was convenient with me, which it was. The engineer inspected the whole heating system and then took the boiler completely apart. The hot water system was left working and I had no issues about it thereafter. I was house sitting for my friend. It needed to have a hot water tank removed and a new electric hot water system installed. The company had given me a free quote for the works which was approved by me. An appointment was made for the work to be carried out a few days later. The engineer arrived at the appointment at the correct time and the work was carried out to my full satisfaction. I have been really happy with the engineer as well as the contact person in the company who arranged the appointments, invoices etc. I will without any doubt use this company again in the future.
