Complete re-design of kitchen (including removing a wall). Actually done on time. Work was carried out so efficiently with a daily tidy up at the end to minimise the disruption to us. Exactly the contemporary style I wanted and although I knew what I wanted there were lovely touches that were suggested as well. The standard of my new kitchen is very high quality - feels like I’m living in a magazine! It has a Wow factor.

From the start to finish customer service was superb. Thanks Pat and Nick. Builders were very helpful and kept disruption to a minimum but gave suggestions as to improvements that could be made. Wet Room finished to a high standard. Company is very reliable and kept me up to date with progress, finishing ahead of schedule. Will definitely be using Regency in future hone improvements.

Regency did a complete refurbishment of a bathroom, separate toilet, and downstairs cloakroom, which hadn’t been improved for decades. This included the removal of old lead pipework and cemented tiling. The result was a complete transformation done to a high standard. The company owner made the first visit, seemed to grasp what I wanted to have done, and made several helpful suggestions. A second visit involved choosing products from catalogues. Although the quote was not the cheapest of the several companies I contacted, I was impressed by the fact that they would handle the whole job including ordering fixtures and materials and project-managing a small team. Most of the work was carried out by a single plumber and fitter whose attention to detail and craftsmanship was impressive. All the workers were friendly and polite, turned up when they said they would, and worked steadily. The company owner made several interim visits and even carried out the final bit of work himself. The quote was detailed and specified what was included; fixtures and materials were additional. The invoices, which were broken down by spaces and stages of work were set out equally clearly. Although there was a wait of some months before they were able to start work, once started progress was uninterrupted (including even several Saturdays and a Bank Holiday visit). I would certainly consider calling on Regency again for a future kitchen refurbishment.

An excellent job was completed on refurbishment of our family bathroom and en-suite. Work included a wetroom floor, created from scratch in place of a bath. Both rooms were tiled from floor to ceiling and the finish was excellent. There was attention to detail, including alcove and under unit lighting. Where costs increased, due to changes of plan, we were kept fully informed. Good value for money.

We have been really pleased with Regency Bathrooms and the work of Pat and his team. He was very understanding, flexible and everyone who worked on our bathroom installation evidently cared about their work and were always on hand to offer constructive advice. Patrick and his team from Regency recently completely refurbished my son's wetroom. Took all fixtures and fittings out and replaced everything. Patrick has experience of working on wet rooms for people that have disabilities and nothing was too much trouble. Extra grab rails where needed, suitable sanitary ware, flooring etc., all discussed at quote and sourced and installed within the time scale advised. Patrick and his team communicated well, we knew what was happening and when. They kept good timekeeping and cleaned up after themselves every day. Everyone was very friendly and approachable. Their work was to a high standard. Just one small problem with the shower chair, (not Regency’s fault) but problem was sorted out quickly. Would recommend them to anyone.

Very happy with the work that Pat and his team completed at my property. They completely refurbished the bathroom, installing a new bathroom suite, including shower and fully tiled and floored the room to a very high standard. Excellent attention to detail, very helpful suggestions, completed the agreed work to budget and kept me fully informed as the work progressed. They always cleared up at the end of the day and left everything tidy. A real pleasure to have in my home!

Having recently used Regency for a complete bathroom refit, I would not hesitate to recommend a very professional company. From design to purchase through to complete installation. Very efficient, tidy & met timescale agreed. Also importantly communicated throughout the project.

I can honestly say that from the first time of meeting Pat we were in safe hands. We explained what we were looking for he advised on best solutions and came up with a plan to hide all of out pipes with no boxing in, the tradesman Graham was of first class always on time and a very friendly approachable attitude, nothing was a problem even when we asked for a small design change, his workmanship was second to none, and attention to detail was excellent. We now have a showroom looking downstairs toilet, Graham even worked a couple of days from his holiday due to bank holidays, and in my opinion that is true dedication to a job, would highly recommend these guys and company to anyone.
