My 90 year old mother still lives in her own home and during a particularly cold snap started having problems with her boiler . As I had previously used Kristian to install a new boiler in my own home I called him and he met with my mother and I and discussed the problem mainly that given the boiler was 17 years old it would be better in the long run to replace it . My mum really doesn’t like workmen in her house and is very houseprpud and dislikes any upheaval Kristian and James were so respectful and ensured that everything was left exactly as my mum liked it and ensured she had heat and cooking facilities during the process of turning off the gas I cannot recommend them highly enough and my mum thought they were amazing and believe me that is an extremely high recommendation

Boiler broke on Monday, and Kristian was out the very same day to inspect it and explain the issue. He took the time to walk us through what had gone wrong and the best way forward. Our boiler was 10/15 years old, and the part needed would have been extremely expensive, but Kristian was honest and upfront, recommending a new boiler and offering to fit it for a very fair and modest price. On Friday, James came round to install the new boiler. He was very friendly and installed the boiler while I was away working. The whole process was quick, tidy, and completely hassle free. Couldn’t be happier with the service professional, honest, and great value. Highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

Richardson Gas & Heating Ltd provided us with several options when our old boiler broke down and were very prompt to come and install a new boiler, which we selected from the options they provided us with. The installation was quick (and very tidy) and James gave us a full run through of how the new boiler operates and how to top up the system if needed. New boiler ordered and fitted within a few days, we were absolutely delighted. I have used Richardson gas on 4 occasions now. A new boiler installation, 2 service visits and a new radiator installation. Kristian was there to help in a time of need when my old boiler failed. He came round as quick as possible discussed all options explaining pros and cons. I decided on a new worcester boiler as i was attracted to the extended warranty by him being an approved installer. His workmanship was excellent. He was very neat and there was minimal disruption as he worked. The 2 service visits were easily booked and he arrived at the agreed time, carried out the work and updated service records. Another job he carried out at my property was adding an additional radiator installation my living room. It has made such a difference in heating the space. When discussing the job he carried out the necessary calculations to advise on the size of radiator required and showed various style and options that would be compatible. The work was again carried out to a bery high standard. Overall, Kristian is punctual and professional and always happy to help. He always takes the time to explain the work he does which i find particularly helpful.

Kristian was great from the start.gave me 3 quotes and I picked the one that suited my budget and not comprising on quality.work was completed on time and to a high standard.the guys that helped him were great aswell. Ps make sure u have some teabags and milk.the boys like a brew.i dont use milk and didnt have it in.felt bad I couldn’t make them a brew.made sure i had some for the next visit.look forward to seeing Kristian for the boiler service and a chat.
