Rotherham Glass & Glazing Ltd

I had a patio door glazing unit and 2 window units with a bar across each window unit. The bars are no longer available and another company wouldn't do them. I asked Rotherham glass and glazing for a quote and someone attended within a couple of days. Great quote of £540, which I accepted. 2 guys attended when promised, removed the window units and took them away to reuse the existing bars after reglazing temporarily. When they returned 2 or 3 hours later the new units were fitted quickly followed by the patio door unit. They looked fabulous. The guys were very good at their job and I would definitely engage them again and I highly recommend this company. Very efficient too.

The largest unit of six in a bay window was replaced today. The two fitters were great; polite and courteous and carried out the job very efficiently. The lead pattern matched the existing panes perfectly and it was a job well done, by respectful fitters and I would recommend them to everyone.

We have used Rotherham Glass & Glazing Ltd in the past, they have always provided an excellent service. Communication by phone, email and in person was timely and clear. The panes were removed without damage to the beading and new panes fitted with minimal evidence any work had been undertaken. The glaziers left everything tidy. The work was carried out on schedule and for the agreed price. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Replaced three double glazed units to wooden frames as the glass had blown. The team who replaced the glass arrived when they said they would and were professional, friendly and hard working and did a fantastic job. Delighted with the finished result. Having had Doors fitted by Rotherham Glass & Glazing in the last 2 Years I knew that the standards this company sets itself are high and they did not disappoint. The Team turned up on time and did not hang about, all windows out and new ones fitted by the end of the day they cleaned up as they went along which was nice to see. The standard of windows fitted are great, one-word quality, This Company I would recommend for anybody thinking of new Doors/Windows you will not be disappointed, The only negative point I have make sure you get plenty of Tea Bags in the fitting team like their Brews. We had replacement glass units from Rotherham Glass and Glazing. All the staff we dealt with were polite, friendly and professional from the people in the office, the person who measured up and the 2 who fitted our glass units. The men that visited our house put shoe covers or offered to take their shoes off. Rotherham glass and glazing kept us informed how our order was progressing, the entire process took 2 weeks from us phoning to get a quote to the units being fitted and that would have been quicker if we had been available for fitting. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I was very happy and satisfied with the level of service I received from Rotherham Glass and glazing. Right from the beginning when I contacted them, to the guy who came out to measure up and the three guys who carried out all of the installation work. They were pleasant to be around and hard-working and they loved my plentiful cups of tea.

We live in South Buckinghamshire and received a phone call that the windows in our vacant property in Rotherham had been smashed by drunken youths, we called Rotherham Glass & Glazing and they arrived there within 20 minutes, boarded up the damage and arranged for their repair. The cost was was extremely reasonable, the service first class - we can’t recommend them highly enough.

Replaced double glazing units to existing frames. Incredibly fast and clean work. Very pleased with the finished product and the price. Professional from the word go.

Have used this company several times to replace misted double glazed units on existing UPVC windows, installed by another company 20+ years ago. Each time they provided a quick & efficient service. Polite, clean, tidy, workers who carried out a good job. Would recommend this company for the standard of their work & product as their quotations are very competitive. Will use again when existing windows eventually need replacement.

This has been our third door fitted over the past 6 months with the same fitters each time. The Father and Son team are first class, nothing is to much trouble and their work from start to finish is top class, the effort they put in to ensuring their work is top draw is great (I am sure the reasoning is plenty of tea)They are a credit to Rotherham Glass & Glazing but the whole team deserve a big pat on the back Thanks for everything.

I needed a made to measure uPVC door and several misted windows replaced and wanted a company that would do both. The first measured up, but never sent a quote, but Rotherham Glass & Glazing did a first class job from start to finish. Prompt, polite and professional throughout. A tidy job, no mess and all waste removed. Would highly recommend.

I had landing and bathroom windows fitted today. The booking process was easy and someone came out to measure up at my convenience. On the fitting day the two chaps who came were professional, courteous and friendly. Having not had windows fitted before, I was a bit worried that I would have to do some touching up to my recently decorated landing around the window area, but was very impressed with how clean and tidy they left the paintwork. They cleaned up after themselves too leaving me very minimal tidying up to do. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again and certainly plan of having them come back in the near future to do the rest of my windows!

Scott and Dean didn't exactly rock up wearing wide collared jackets and rolling over a cool car, but they did fit patio doors! In freezing temperatures (sheepskin jacket would have worked a treat), friendly and professional and a good job completed. Rob and Steve, who I liaised with to organise the fitting, were great. Good communication and friendly, would recommend.

Used them to supply and fit a new composite front door and to replace a misted window panel. Their products are very competitively priced (less than other quotes I’d got from local companies for the same product). The door and workmanship are great quality and fitting was fast and efficient. I did have to wait approx 3 weeks as these doors generally need to be ordered from the door manufacturer, but this was quicker than other estimates I’d received. All the staff I dealt with were polite, efficient and professional. They also left me with care instructions and registered the work with Fensa. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, highly recommended!

From initial contact via a web form to installation and completion of the work, I've been impressed. We had a pane of a double glazing unit crack in the heat, so asked for a guide price to see if it was worth going via the insurers. Within a couple of hours we had a quote and an appointment for a survey to validate the quote and determine the work and materials required. A couple of hours after the survey, we had phone validation of the quote, and gave approval to manufacture the replacement unit and replace. A few days later, we had an appointment to replace the unit, and that's now been done, within a few minutes, at the time agreed, with nothing but a nice clean window left behind. The company has been communicative, speedy and friendly, whilst providing what I feel is reasonable value.

Double glazed units required replacement. Speedy response to my enquiry; representative arrived, measured up and provided the quotation on the same day! Prompt arrival for the installation appointment. Minimum disruption and no hassle during the removal of the old units and the fitting of the replacements. The new units look great, glass cleaned and no mess. All members of the team were professional, friendly, courteous and polite. Very happy customer.

Had some double glazed units made and fitted, they were very professional from when I rang up , to coming to measure up and give me a price. One week later they brought and fitted them . No mess , no fuss, did a really good job. Would recommend them to anyone. Well done competitive prices as well.

Just had a new door fitted and I would fully recommend Rotherham Glass to anyone. Initially spoke to Steve who arranged to come out a couple of days later to give me a quote. I was ready for the hard sell which wasn't the case he measured up gave an indication of price and was gone within 10-15 minutes. We'd got an idea of the door we wanted and Lee was able to create the glass work as requested perfectly. The next day I received a detailed quote within the indicated price range which was the best price I'd had. I liked the fact that I was given a price and the price was the price no special offers or special discounts. I ordered the door and it was fitted 3 weeks later. The guy that fitted the door has done a great job and it looks fantastic top class experienced fitter. Really happy with the Glass work and the Quality of the Door as I said would recommend to anyone Thankyou
