About

After many years working for companies that I believed had an incorrect ethos with regard to customer service, I decided in 2013 to put my money where my mouth was and set up my own company. Our Tag line is' Traditional Service With A Modern Approach' which simply translates as 'treat customers how you would like to be treated'.

Since being made redundant after 20 years service in a technical trade in the Armed Forces, I consider myself to be extremely lucky to have a second career that I thoroughly enjoy. My background in this industry is varied, having worked for large companies involved in social housing to smaller firms predominately working for home owners but on occasion led to being sub-contracted out to larger companies including Gas providers for extended periods on specific projects.

Our aspiration is that not only will our customers use us again but they will have no hesitation in recommending us to their family and friends.

Nigel, installed a replacement boiler a few years ago. We had a good technical discussion about what was required. I have a practical technical background myself & appreciated his expertise. The work was carried out promptly & I was impressed with his workmanship & attention to detail . A very clean & organised worker. Since then he has carried out an annual service. This has always been thorough together with helpful information / advice given. I am very pleased with the service & will be using his services again.

Had a boiler service done which flagged some issues. Nigel fully explained the issues and offered some solutions which included replacement. We decided to go with the replacement option. The quote was detailed with fully itemised. It took him 2 days. Very happy with the work that has been done and will certainly have the boiler serviced by him

Replacement of faulty shower mixer

Rob has provided plumbing services for me for over 15 years including landlord's boiler and plumbing safety checks, replacing the pump on the boiler, leaks and blockages and most recently replacing the shower mixer taps. A suitable mixer was hard to find because of its imperial measurements but he managed to track it down. Quick to respond, reliable and value for money.

I always had a gas fire and Nigel would call in after work to make sure I know how to work it and always comes comes in to do my boiler services. He is a really genuine trader and I do really trust this Trader! Will not use any one else. I would be happy to recommend he goes above and beyond.

We chose Nigel at random and Nigel turned up early and has really looked after us. Nigel has came to our other house that had a flood and went above beyond. After using him for our house we decided to use him again and he is now our go to. I really trust Nigel and would highly recommend.
