After many years working for companies that I believed had an incorrect ethos with regard to customer service, I decided in 2013 to put my money where my mouth was and set up my own company. Our Tag line is' Traditional Service With A Modern Approach' which simply translates as 'treat customers how you would like to be treated'.
Since being made redundant after 20 years service in a technical trade in the Armed Forces, I consider myself to be extremely lucky to have a second career that I thoroughly enjoy. My background in this industry is varied, having worked for large companies involved in social housing to smaller firms predominately working for home owners but on occasion led to being sub-contracted out to larger companies including Gas providers for extended periods on specific projects.
Our aspiration is that not only will our customers use us again but they will have no hesitation in recommending us to their family and friends.
