We had a new shower enclosure fitted by Russell. Within a month it was leaking. He came back to resolve but didn’t put back the panel said he ran out of silicone. Despite contacting him to come back and finish the work he never did and we had to pay another plumber to fit the panel back. Less than 6 months after the initial fitting, shower cubicle started leaking again. Partner got it resolved. We’ve found another leak less than 18 month of having this installation, contacted him this time and he said he would come and have a look. It’s almost a month still waiting for him to come and have a look. Disappointed.

Russell has just transformed our cloakroom from a tired older design to a modern sleek look. His work is excellent with great attention to detail and his rates are very reasonable. Additionally he was very punctual and always left leaving no mess. His good relationship with City Plumbing reduced any anxieties with supplies. Would highly recommend.

Russell has just carried out total refurbishments of our downstairs cloakroom and our main bathroom. In both cases the rooms had to be completely gutted, walls and floors repaired and tiled, and a false ceiling installed with inset lighting, followed by installation and plumbing-in of new fittings. Russell is clearly a highly skilled plumber and tiler and, together with his extensive experience and close attention to detail, has given us two very professionally finished projects. We are extremely pleased with his work and thoroughly recommend him.
