Russell has just transformed our cloakroom from a tired older design to a modern sleek look. His work is excellent with great attention to detail and his rates are very reasonable. Additionally he was very punctual and always left leaving no mess. His good relationship with City Plumbing reduced any anxieties with supplies. Would highly recommend.

Russell has just carried out total refurbishments of our downstairs cloakroom and our main bathroom. In both cases the rooms had to be completely gutted, walls and floors repaired and tiled, and a false ceiling installed with inset lighting, followed by installation and plumbing-in of new fittings. Russell is clearly a highly skilled plumber and tiler and, together with his extensive experience and close attention to detail, has given us two very professionally finished projects. We are extremely pleased with his work and thoroughly recommend him.

Excellent worker. Not only did superb job at tiling our shower room but also took care of all plumbing required for replacing the toilet. We wanted all new fixtures and fittings and nothing was too much trouble. He is a perfectionist who can both design and install. The work was completed sooner than we expected at a cost lower than we expected. Highly recommended.
