Very quick to respond to my query about my french doors not locking and worked out what the issue was likely to be quickly too. Arranged the time to do the work, arrived on time and was done in an hour or so - everything was explained well, and fixed perfectly. Cost was what was stated at the outset, and they were helpful, informative and clearly knowledgeable. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone with a lock or key issue.

Stephen installed a key safe for my mother. He fitted us in quickly, within a couple of days, and was very clear about the price in advance. He phoned an hour before arriving, which was considerate and very useful to us. When he was here, he took time to consider the best location with us, did the work efficiently. He showed us how to use the key safe, ensuring we understood how to use it and how to change the combination. His work was neat and he tidied up carefully. He also helped out with a door which was misbehaving. He was respectful and careful throughout.

We had a fantastic service. Easy to arrange. Arrived on time. Very friendly and a nice person to have in our home. He changed our front and back door locks as we had just moved in, and advised us on security. We asked for extra keys and these arrived recorded delivery the next day. He even texted to check up.
