He arrived at the agreed time to quote, and to do the job. He completed the job in the agreed time and at the quoted price. We would definitely recommend.

Andrew at Safe Circuit is a great communicator. He is now first choice for work at two rented flats and I can rely on him to do the work when arranged and keep me in touch. The follow up paperwork arrives promptly and is easy to understand. I have only given 4 stars for quality as I have not personally seen the work. My tenants seem happy.

Andrew replied himself when I telephoned him and came the following day at a time convenient to me. He repaired two light switches one of which was dangerous and the other malfunctioning. He also advised on suitable light bulbs for the second one and even fetched and fitted them for me. I find the amount of choice of bulbs available very confusing but had no doubt he was right and the light was much better after his help.

I found SafeCircuit via Three Rivers council website to be sure Lee would get a reputable firm. Andrew is polite, efficient and a great professional. His work is neat and tidy. He has come to our house twice - to replace external security sensor lights and came back to replace old spotlights with LED downlighters and dimmer switches.

Andrew did all the electrical work for our kitchen extention. He kept us up to date with the work and well informed of the costs involved. The tradesmen arrived exactly on time and worked in a professional manner throughout their time. They paid due care and attention to the surroundings as they worked and the work was completed promptly and to a very high standard. They were polite and courteous at all times and left the area clean and tidy upon finishing the work. I would highly recommend them to others and will definitely be using them again myself.

Andrew has excellent customer relationship skills. He was extremely professional throughout the process from providing a quotation through to the delivery of the electrical requirements and aftercare. Andrew was able to deliver against a complex brief in terms of our requirements. One of these was to create a living room lighting solution embedded into bespoke shelves. When the way to wire the lighting we wanted was not as straightforward as we all thought, Andrew was brilliant at coming up with creative new ways for us to achieve the lighting effect we wanted. Andrew also offered new innovative products which we hadn't considered. The end result was so much better than we had anticipated as a result. Andrew responded within 15mins of my voicemail. He came and sorted all our LED lights within an hour. He was professional, courteous and obviously skilled. Because of his work, we immediately gave have him another job to do. Andrew returned 2 days later with all the parts and completed the updated fitting of our 2 security lights outside and had all his ladders and equipment. Andrew called later the same day to check the outside sensors were working well. I would highly recommend Safe Circuit electricals.
