Safespec did a big project at our home a couple of years ago, they did a fantastic job and have since then been our "go to" builders and Simon and his son Luke have done one or two small jobs and have always been able recommend good people if it was a job they couldn't do, eg fixing aerials and roofing issues. I asked Simon to set in a house sign for me by our gate,a very small job which he explained would need to be fitted in around other jobs and when Safespec was working in the immediate area, I was happy with this arrangement as there was no rush.Time went by and I did e mail Simon to see how things were going as our daughters wedding was becoming imminent, he did ask Luke to come and do it but he was very busy and working long days. When this became apparent to Simon he came out to do the job himself, he worked in the pouring rain and did a lovely job returning home soaked to the skin. I was unaware that Simon did not intend to charge me for the work and did it as a favour. Simon Dewey and Safespec are an excellent, hard working building company, they do a good job, always use high standard tradesmen, they have always been reliable and given us good advice.

Used them to refurbish my house. It was completed on time and to budget and i had no problems or complaints.
